@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

@AskNationwide Works on Safari. Perhaps you could get your developers to fix the errors so it works on Firefox too.

@AskNationwide The login on the website on iPad & laptop, IE &chrome. I’m looking at the 1 Year Triple Access Online Saver, it doesn’t say that you need to be a current account customer, but it’s serviced online only. How do you make the withdrawals without a current account?

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I have to say Nationwide are quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service. I am experiencing problem after problem and Nationwide appear to have no interest in resolving these. I would advise any would-be customers to take their business elsewhere!

Spent all morning on phone to @AskNationwide trying to get my bank statements from 2018 which take 10 WORKING DAYS to be sent IN THE MAIL. No option to view online... Anyone looking for the 'killer use case' for crypto, how about, errrr, this?

@AskNationwide Hi, I am completing a change of name form as I have got married. When I send it in the post I will be including the original marriage certificate. Do I also need to send my ID? As it doesn't state so on the website. It only states marriage certificate is required.
