@AskNationwide I need to make an urgent payment before 1500hrs. Are the issues going to be resolved in time or do I need to go to a Post Office, withdraw cash from my Nationwide acc and pay it into my @StarlingBank acc to make the payment? If the latter will you cover my costs?

@AskNationwide I do but I do not have any money and no one I can ask for help from. This really is awful for people how live month to month, who rely on getting there money. I saw people replied to me who are without electric. A reason would be the least nationwide could do now

@AskNationwide can you please advise when the technical issue effecting payment will be resolved? I will need to call all of my providers to explain why I cannot pay on time / arrange alternatives if my salary isn’t in by tomorrow morning. Is this going to be necessary?

@AskNationwide @gemnewbs82 Ok you may not be able to give us a time but can you tell us what the technical problem is? This is my only day off this week and needed to pay my bills today as I work 7.30-6. Most places are 9-5 so by the time I get home I still can’t phone up and pay!
