    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide Hi, I am completing a change of name form as I have got married. When I send it in the post I will be including the original marriage certificate. Do I also need to send my ID? As it doesn't state so on the website. It only states marriage certificate is required.

    @AskNationwide The login on the website on iPad & laptop, IE &chrome. I’m looking at the 1 Year Triple Access Online Saver, it doesn’t say that you need to be a current account customer, but it’s serviced online only. How do you make the withdrawals without a current account?

    So the front page of the @AskNationwide website seems to be a giant advert for a solar company? How is signing up for an entirely self-funded solar install a pilot???

    @AskNationwide I was caught out by a telephone scam. Very convincing and worrying. The person I spoke to Friday after 5pm was supportive but no one else I've spoken to who could help has seemed that interested or empathetic. It's concerning Nationwide's Fraud Team won't even look into it.

    @AskNationwide Hi - with the demise of the online message function, and chat function that isn’t able to help resolve matters - how does one contact Nationwide effectively if this can’t be done during the day over the phone please?
