    @AskNationwide Thanks for setting up accounts for our Ukrainian refugees, so quickly! One problem... their phones have UK SIMs but still need to be in the Ukraine region (for other apps) and neither the Apple nor Android app stores allow the Nationwide Banking app to be installed

    @AskNationwide Tried that, they’ve cancelled the card, but said my phone device was involved even though that is impossible. They can’t help us by finding out exactly where the fraud attempt was made location / device number, and so my device is now a brick to me for online purchasing.

    @AskNationwide Thanks - I hope we can actually arrange things that way, just the same as a phone call, the representative on web chat didn't have access to anything.
