Been with @AskNationwide for nearly 30 years and yet haven’t been compensated for not being able to access my own money. Time to move banks I wonder? They are taking the pee now compensating only some customers. How is that fair Nationwide? We were ALL affected.

@AskNationwide What about those of us who changed our finances *again* for this outage? Laughably, I switched my second current account to Nationwide on 31 Dec having been a member for over 15 years.

@AskNationwide Extraordinary from a male, who shouted "Get out" despite other members asking him to calm down - accused me of lying about something (?) - Cheapside. Another told me dogs were not allowed whilst leaning back at her desk, no other branch has said so. Left very shaken and shocked

@AskNationwide Thanks Diane. It’s setting up the app on my new phone. Using card reader, go though all that and an error message appears. Seems to have worked now though. Thanks for a fast response!

@AskNationwide A savings account as explained in my original tweet! Suggest you read the linked tweets! Complaint has been raised - told 5 working days before I get a reply. No doubt it will be the customers fault. Seems it was when your payments system gave up.
