    @AskNationwide Incoming payments down once again. No warning or notice from nationwide. Yet online it states payments clear before 3am ready for direct debits to go out by 4am. Yet your stating different so people don't throw around for compo Poor customer service.

    @AskNationwide Everybody else in my team through various banks has been paid and in the 11 years I have been with you have never been paid after 1am so there must be an issue. Looking at other users comments I am clearly no alone

    @AskNationwide Not happy as I have not been paid. It seems I am not the only one as this "Kyle" keeps stating the same robotic thing. There is clearly a problem that Nationwide is not admitting to. What is the truth??

    @AskNationwide how much longer is it going to be before you admit there is a problem, there have been over 400 complaints that people haven't got any money showing in there account, you need to look into it now!!

    @AskNationwide everybody please screenshot the proof on here if nationwide lying all night saying there was no error and they've finally admitted after 3 hours there is an error. They've breached our contract with them .

    @ArtiPat81001097 @AskNationwide So there is an issue? Because other members of staff have been saying there is no issue and it is normal to go in anytime from midnight to 6am.

    @AskNationwide U have been lying to us all night saying there's no error when there clearly has been. Well you have breached our contract for not informing us of delayed payments and constantly lying saying there isn't any errors. Well I'm making sure this goes to the ombudsman

    @mrjay1506 @AskNationwide U need any advice mate happy to give to you. They can't keep lying and getting away with it. They must not lie and say there isn't an error when there is. They must immediately inform of delayed payment's and not lie to us and say there's no error
