    @AskNationwide Nationwide still on the WFH bandwagon. Thanks to your customer service assistance yesterday for clearly demonstrating why WFH needs to end! Couldn’t be bothered at all with my request and then put me on hold whilst he went for another **** no doubt! Time to switch banks!

    @AskNationwide 40 mins on the phone, card only working intermittently, 'unknown error code'. Got cut off. Tried chat, have to phone. Again. ?? Can't send you a message via the app... Don't have the will to phone again or complain.. what do you suggest?

    @AskNationwide Okay I've tried this three times - and I've tried both the current & savings paths. The automated service tells me I can no longer change address over the phone. I can't figure out how to reach a human! Are you sure that the info you and your website are providing is correct?! 😰

    @Jazman1985 @Claire11152715 @AskNationwide I have not received payouts for October 2021 through December 2021 due to a similar "bug" and it has yet to be resolved. They were able to bill my bank during this time while blaming my bank for the problem. My bank has never received funds.
