    @AskNationwide Can I switch to your new triple access ISA at 1% if I have an existing triple access ISA at 0.4% with you from a previous year? I only see options to fund it from a Nationwide account where I can select the existing ISA but wanted to confirm that's the right way.

    @susie_arnott @AskNationwide @cathydevine56 Indeed, and they wonder why people get so angry! Either give a sensible answer or admit that there isn't one! By giving a non answer it demonstrates that actually you know there is a problem, otherwise they would be able to answer the question!

    @AskNationwide is making people close savings accounts & open new ones to access increased rates a ploy to cheat busy working people out of interest rate rises ? Do you win on people who miss this trick ? What % of members get left on lower rates when you entice new customers??

    @AskNationwide "In part of the application you are asked if you want to transfer an existing ISA in. So here you can put the account details from your existing triple access" sorry but this section of the application specificially says "Transfer from a non-Nationwide ISA". I'll call up for help
