    @AskNationwide how do you complain about poor service? The chat agent told me I needed to complete a special form. She promised to email it to me. It did not arrive. So, it seems that you do not accept complaints.

    @AskNationwide I seem to have to allow an awful lot of scripts to run since I've tightened up browser security. Are they really all necessary? A bit of a rhetorical question but I don't like unnecessary cookies and scripts especially on financial sites.

    @AskNationwide please can you reinstate your secure messaging service. Webchat is painful. It’s time consuming and on most occasions has not resolved the issue. Secure messaging was time efficient and nearly always allowed me to sort things out without having to call.

    Hi @AskNationwide I've been waiting 10 weeks now to get storm damage fixed through our house insurance. Can you advise when contacting @financialombuds should my complaint be against @rsagroup who underwrite or the policy supplier? Customer service has been utterly dismal

    @AskNationwide @England @Lionesses I nominate your new chat system that replaced secure message for the duck egg award. I asked for a complaint form to to emailed to me. It never arrived. That is one way to cut down complaints

    @AskNationwide I pay into the same credit card every month from the same ******* card so why ******** do I need to verify. Who ******* else will pay into my ******* credit card from my ******* bank card. #idiots

    @AskNationwide I have done before and it resolved the issue, it's just a bit annoying to setup the card again. Any other ways or is that the only way?

    @AskNationwide I had gone through the help and compliants process and was rejected because I didn't meat the criteria at the time for the loan extension, Told it would pause the loan and it would make it extend when applied for this #payment #holiday
