@Emzlifetank @AskNationwide I’ve just raised a query about this via the Online Bank Em, as I’ve been expecting the £50 Cashback as well. The Terms & Conditions state that they will advise customers via the NBS website if the offer is withdrawn, but the link included in the Ts & Cs opens an unrelated page!

@AskNationwide The issue is less to do with not being called back and more to do with no evidence showing in either account of a £200 transfer. The sending account balance is short the £200.

@AskNationwide He is old school and refuses to get a computer or accept help. He doesn't understand why he can go to branch to deposit money at the counter after waiting for the person in front spend 20-30 mins faffing around doing stuff with diff accounts and payments, but he can't open an acc

@AskNationwide Sure! The app asked me to put further details in and then it said they didn’t match. When I phoned they thought it was because there was an issue with how my postcode had been recorded and were going to contact the change of address team to make it the correct format.

@AskNationwide No! This IS the 2nd card. Not moved for 30 years. First card arrived after 1 month but by then had been cancelled. Been a customer for over 25 years. Have all my money ******* in Nwide. The card company are obviously lying to you on ETA. V unhappy. This delay may cost me.

@AskNationwide Was told by Nationwide that an item that costs £3000 was too large put on their credit card and needs to be broken into smaller amounts. Anyone experienced this? Is this a secret government restriction?
