    How many 'new updated versions' can one app have, @AskNationwide? It seems every other time I use it at the moment, there's another update to download. I don't want to be asked questions or if I know about loans available. I don't care. I just want access to my accounts.

    @AskNationwide 1/2 took additional credit card form into Sutton Coldfield. She kept me 15 minutes “checking it.” Now letter saying cannot verify signature of someone with branch over 10 years. I ring 03457 30 20 11 and spend a lifetime with agents who don’t “understand” the issue

    @AskNationwide so just went to local branch to DEPOSIT money into my wifes account!! Not allowed. Has to be the account holder!!! WTF???? Its not like I am withdrawing. So glad I don't bank with you anymore!!! 😡😡😡

    @AskNationwide 2/2 then I am put on hold for a year despite telling her I did not want that. I hung up after 10 minutes. So no additional card and holiday is Sunday. Tell you what, keep both cards and I will move my accounts elsewhere. Customer service? No idea.

    @AskNationwide I need to claim something back and I need to prove I made a payment with a debit card.. need something that shows last 4 digits of card numer. How can I get it. I tried speaking to your support but they didn't understand my question
