Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

I was with them 30 years (Nana opened it) and when I went for a mortgage (already had one for 7 years). My DIP was rejected 'due to a technical error' I got a in person appointment for it to be rejected again due to the same error. 2X hard searches on my credit score. Got a better mortgage elsewhere in the end.
