    @AskNationwide I am in the middle of switching my current account to you to take advantage of the switching offer and have discovered that my new current account and exisiting mortgage have different customer numbers is this normal and will it affect the switch offer?

    @AskNationwide just switched to you from another bank, asked for the new card to be sent to my branch as I live in flats and post isn't safe. But I can't have that option!!! Which seems ridiculous if you want to help keep customer accounts safe!!!

    @AskNationwide I’m having difficulty adding my debit card to Apple Pay - are you able to assist - it just keeps coming up with an error and Apple say you may need to review something. Thanks.

    Is @AskNationwide down or have you just blocked my card again when I try to make a payment? Wouldn't be too bad if I wasn't waiting 20+ minutes to talk to someone online and still not getting a reply.
