@AskNationwide Compensation is clearly needed for each and every customer!!! Once is forgiven,twice is a clitch but thrice needs compensation unless you are happy to loose a lot of customers???

@AskNationwide That is purely Lip Service your giving me. I've contacted you numerous times explaining our situation, everytime " sorry but..." You left us without money for shopping, I have to cancel my two additional needs sons respite. What's not to understand? We needed access to our money

@AskNationwide I needed my customer number but I've managed to find it now - your site says 7 days a week, 8am-8pm, might want to update the hours (I was looking on contact page, under online banking)
