@AskNationwide absolutely disgusted with this bank payments down just before Christmas and now down new years eve of all times I'm definitely changing my bank can't even top up any gas or electric as the money isn't in my bank I will definitely be contacting the ombudsmen

@xoxolukx @AskNationwide @metaganza Not a few hours. It has been 7 and they know what the issue is but they lied at first and delayed it. Payments are always in by 1.30am as many customers know. And people need to eat and get to work so we have the right to be angry
