    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide Yes. No help. Insisted that 10 days was as quick as they could act. How in this day & age can a system error cause an application to need to be manually re-keyed with a 10 day timescale. This is after it was agreed!Only told of issue on day of completion. Causing untold stress.

    @AskNationwide when are you planning to update the iPhone app so it doesn’t crash every time it’s opened? Looking through the reviews on the App Store it’s a common issue, and incredibly annoying.

    @AskNationwide Dear Nationwide, if another Nationwide customer transfers funds to me, is it not possible to display their name on my statement? Presently it shows their sort code and account number?
