@AskNationwide - I've been a customer of Nationwide for over 20 years, but today, the appalling customer service, the complete intransigence of the people on the phones, has lead me to decide to close my account and move my money elsewhere. Nationwide doesn't care!

@AskNationwide are there issues with transactions today? My personal card was declined at Specsavers in-store and my joint account card was also declined online. Both accounts have money in them with no impending transactions which would affect the amount.

@AskNationwide I am executor of my uncle's will. He has a considerable sum that will need to go to Probate and then placed into a trust fund. Am I able to access any money prior to probate to pay his funeral expenses?

@AskNationwide i've logged a complaint, but what good that will do is anyone's guess. I was told over the phone, by Nationwide's so called 'customer service' that they didn't care how long i'd been a customer! loyalty obviously doesn't mean anything to Nationwide! #Nationwidedoesntcare
