  @AskNationwide Hi - my banking app is asking me to re-enroll to use it. Is this for real? Works fine on my iPhone, but asking me on my iPad (which I don’t use as much). Is it just a security issue? Thanks.

  @AskNationwide Yes but I usually go in store to open new products- I also have access to the banking app as it memorised my log in details ( I don’t remember my customer number)

  @AskNationwide Folks, if you can't accept cash lodgements from the Post Office, you could at least have the occasional branch open past 4.30 - quite restrictive / difficult to get to if you're working 🤷
