@AskNationwide It was not mentioned anywhere. It is easy to refund £15 for such a big company like yours. Or would you rather lose a customer? If I won’t get a refund by Friday this week, I’ll make a switch. This situation is not okay, it’s just a rip off.

@AskNationwide Buy yhe time she sets up the account and then goes on the phone it times her out, and she has fdone it three times and has now given up , it's the phone number thats the problem

@AskNationwide Yes its the latest version, it's your end that's the problem, there are obviously not enough servers to provide a decent enough service at peak usage.

@AskNationwide Towards the end of next week I need to make a payment of just under £7k to British Gas for the central heating system they're installing for me. Will I have any issues paying this by debit card? Not sure if there would be any security measures due to the amount.

@AskNationwide my debit card has stopped working in stores. I can still use Apple Pay and I can use it online, so why doesn’t it work in store?
