@AskNationwide Yes the card details are stored on the BPme app, sometimes I am prompted to open my Nationwide app to confirm the BPme transaction but it still fails. It’s not a new card, no. Thanks for any help.

Baffling to me that randoms from supposedly legit service providers will call you out of nowhere and expect you to give them your personal data to pass their 'data protection' protocol. First @AskNationwide, now @toobbroadband. You have a lot to learn about information security.

@ScaryChildren @AskNationwide Yes. Not that I'm a demanding customer, but they are apparently more flexible and have better CS than most mortgage providers.
