    @AskNationwide It was a sole Flexaccount. Going to branch isn't a problem, I would have preferred a warning to say if you skip the ID part then you would need to go into branch.

    @AskNationwide Why can't I see payment references anymore on the online banking website or in the app? I'm supposed to receive a verification code via deposit of 1 penny, but instead of the code I just see the payer's name repeated in the description column.

    Complaints with @AskNationwide. Horrendous. Lame excuses. Reply at the absolute last minute every time. Mistakes in the emails. Mistakes in what year it is 🙄 Stressful and devalued as a customer #help

    @AskNationwide #FlexStudent best thing I ever did was get a slow cooker. Being strapped on cash and time for cooking. You can stick on a meal that morning and have it ready for the end of the uni day. Saved me alot of time and cleaning up and more important ££'s as could freeze left overs
