Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. (@dunfishin4) reported@AskNationwide I tried to speak to someone at Nationwide on the phone but was greeted with an automated service and referred to the banking app, where a dumb chatbot told me it would take up to 120 days to investigate a “dispute” and gave me a phone number to speak to an agent.
