@AskNationwide Thanks. Can I suggest the banking app is changed so you can? It’s inconvenient, makes no sense and introduces the risk of error or scamming each time the process has to be repeated

Apparently @AskNationwide don’t have mortgage appts until Sept and branches don’t see ppl any more. Which seems a bit astonishing not to be able to provide a service to customers.

@seahaze55 Yes I've had to waste an hour on the phone to @AskNationwide to sort out an ongoing issue that they have twice told me has been resolved. I spoke to three people this AM, I couldn't make out if they were following a script or just plain THICK!
