    @jojomunroro Hi, currently the only lender having transparent conversations about helping B2 rated homeowners through a lending process are @AskNationwide. If you have a remediation plan and funding in place they will look at it. Still working out what that might look like under Fox amendment

    @AskNationwide I originally called 0345 266 0894, then I was put through to the applications team who couldn't help fully and they asked me to call 0800 464 3090 between 9am and 5pm, and that is the team I've been speaking to since as they seem to have had the most answers for me

    @AskNationwide HSBC have recieved the refund from BA (ages ago). The issue is getting it from HSBC to Nationwide. HSBC say it’s been sent, you say you haven’t recieved it. I think the issue lays with HSBC as they are now saying there are some delays and to give it another week! Grrrrrrr

    @AskNationwide Well i recently disabled my face id and re did it but the app is making me use my passnumber to re login, but 2 issuses. I don't remember my pass number and i Don't know where my card is(its in my house, i just don't know where) or my pin
