Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. You pulled out of a mortgage you had already approved at the last minute for 1 late payment on a card which he genuinely forgot to pay jeopardising the house he was trying to buy. Thankfully a decent mortgage company came in and offered them it. Awful company !
