GB776454 (@gb776454) reported@AskNationwide I originally called 0345 266 0894, then I was put through to the applications team who couldn't help fully and they asked me to call 0800 464 3090 between 9am and 5pm, and that is the team I've been speaking to since as they seem to have had the most answers for me

Caroline Shawley (@carolineshawley) reported@AskNationwide HSBC have recieved the refund from BA (ages ago). The issue is getting it from HSBC to Nationwide. HSBC say it’s been sent, you say you haven’t recieved it. I think the issue lays with HSBC as they are now saying there are some delays and to give it another week! Grrrrrrr
