Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. Contrast that with @VirginMoney who were unhelpful, inflexible and rude. Could do with following Nationwide's lead on politeness 🙄
