    May I suggest you: 1. Check the algorithms behind your messages so they don't worry people. 2. Check your texts are correct in what they say. 3. Let customers like me who have app store accounts that originated outside the UK get access to your app. Thanks you. @AskNationwide

    Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

    Dear Nationwide Building Society - I am very concerned about your recent text message beginning "As you use the Internet Bank/Banking app." I'm concerned because I don't use the app. It's not even on my phone. Is someone else using the app to access my account? @AskNationwide 1/5

    @AskNationwide Nope same issue

    @AskNationwide best you can do is a 10+ minute wait on the telephone for an existing customer to renew an FRISA. I've been with Nationwide since the 70s. Automation & online banking is nothing but a hindrance. As a customer & shareholder I'm appalled at the decline in service.

    @AskNationwide I have trying to access my online banking since having a new phone and getting error message saying there is a technical problem - can this be looked at please

    Bit of unexpect cash today - £62 to be precise from @AskNationwide 15 years ago the Mister opened a cashbook account at Nationwide in Edinburgh to deposit some cash when his dad died on behalf of his nephew who was out of country but left it by his Grandad. It was in there for a couple of years Eventually he returned to Scotland and the Mister gave him the cash his dad (nephews grandad) wanted to leave him - the account was then at 0 Today ..... text from Nationwide to his number saying they had post returned to them and needed to speak to him about his account - he doesn't even have the passbook Couldn't use the automated service was we had no account number to hand and it kept cutting him off and saying it couldn't help without one. Decided to ring using my credentials as I have a current and savings account with them. I went through security and then explained about his text and asked if it was genuine and put his on the phone He have his address in Newcastle ..... nope .... EH6 they said ..... it was that far back and he gave them his old address in Leith. Bingo Turns out that the 0 became about a tenner in an interest payment the following year and it's earned interest ever since and it's now at £62 and a few pennies The letter was to say that his passbook account was now a sort code and account number, like a current account and was returned in the post. We've got the details and tomorrow he can log in and claim that little bit of cash Thanks Nationwide

    @N13lCl @AskNationwide Don't be afraid to be blunt and to the point. You're paying them to provide a service and shouldn't have unnecessary stress because they aren't doing their jobs.

    @AskNationwide have you been hacked? Each time I look at savings I get a drop down ‘turn back, this website is impersonating savings@nationwide’ - what’s happening.
