  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

  @AskNationwide when a Fix rate bond has matured and if it is left to turn into an instant access maturity bond account can I then just add money to it and treat it like a normal savings account?

  @AskNationwide Struggling to contact Nationwide about customer service issues. Prepared lengthy email of appalling customer service from Aviva, insurance partner….but Nationwide don’t accept emails! Tried their chat…a wasted hour!
