    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    @AskNationwide I’ve tried to change my address on my account multiple times but it keeps saying there’s a service issue. I don’t stay at the address that’s on my account but I have received letters to my current address
