@sil @AskNationwide As a loyal Nationwide customer, this is why I have kept my @monzo account active, much easier, especially if the payee wants reference text per transfer.

@AskNationwide why are you excluding existing customers with a 1 year triple access account that has variable interest rates from the interest rate increase that you are applying to new accounts. This is bad business ! You advertise that this is the family bank.

Absolutely despicable service from someone called Katrina at @AskNationwide who just hung up on me. Appalling. So so rude! I'm a brand new customer and I'm thinking about deleting the account right now. So rude.

@AskNationwide Thanks, but your customer service team aren’t working now, so seems a little pointless.

@AskNationwide No. I'm too busy writing cheques now to do your fault finding for you. Once I've done that I'll visit one of your branches and close all my accounts. You've clearly got IT issues and that's a massive concern!!!

@AskNationwide had a mortgage complaint logged since 29th which is ongoing. No one has called back. I’m getting passed from pillar to post causing untold stress, spent hours on the phone to you and no one will help resolve our issues. Absolute joke.

@AskNationwide I understand that your customers cannot use an overseas mobile number? As seemingly your system will only accept UK mobiles, is that correct? How are you assisting your UK customers with this issue?
