@AskNationwide Our car has been taken back to our home in Reading. We are in Wales with no car and no access to shops or anything. If we get taxis and a train home will that be covered by Nationwide? We are really not very happy.

It’s really disappointing that NATIONWIDE BUILDING SOCIETY @AskNationwide still remains one of the very few banking organisations that persists in staying closed on a Saturday when we are not at work - not a good service and it’s time for me and family to change banks I’m afraid

@AskNationwide Thanks, I did that via Live Chat when logged in online. The problem was my card was frozen, so I unfroze it in the app and it all worked! Perhaps something to pass to the website team so it gives a better message if the card is frozen, rather than a generic technical one.
