@sil @AskNationwide As a loyal Nationwide customer, this is why I have kept my @monzo account active, much easier, especially if the payee wants reference text per transfer.

@mgslucas @AskNationwide Having similar problems. Sick of Nationwide. No one gets back to you & can't get thru on phone, then when you do all they can do is email switch team who don't get back to you. Phoned & automated service says they're not taking calls & immediately cuts you off. Shocking service.

@AskNationwide as you are removing paym functionality next year will you be replacing it with a user friendly way to pay someone new? Maybe removing the card reader requirement for regular transfers like most other banks not working in 1995?
