    @AskNationwide No i dont want it passed onto the team as this means it gets sent back to Keith Jiggle This is the problem it gets sent to Jiggle every time. We need 30 minutes of someone in Senior Management to discuss in person all the issues.

    @AskNationwide My account has all of a sudden gone off the app and when I try to log into internet banking it says: "sorry we are having technical issues right now" this is on december 11th at 8:40am in the uk

    @AskNationwide Yes. The issue is not something that makes sense at all and there is no explanation. Not looking for online support about that, only want to alert other customers. Very unsatisfied.

    @AskNationwide Having major problems with nationwide and the mortgage works with my mortgage. They are so slow in processing documents, I have a pending complaint going and now you can’t even call the customer number, they leave a message saying they are very busy at the moment and cuts out :(

    @AskNationwide Already spent a while on live chat, referred to support without success. Emailed app developers, no success there either. Looks like you have written off Android 7 users.
