    @sil @AskNationwide As a loyal Nationwide customer, this is why I have kept my @monzo account active, much easier, especially if the payee wants reference text per transfer.

    @AskNationwide I recently transferred over to Nationwide . Have had nothing but problems with paying ours since . Have called hekpdesk numerous times to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse usually after waiting 30 minutes in a queue . Wish I had not bothered transferring

    @TheSmirkingApe I used to go there regularly. Best avoided now. It's basically bomalia. @AskNationwide have their head office there, they're both importing indians to work in Swindon, and therefore help with Swindon's enshittification AND outsourcing call centre jobs to india.
