@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide hi I’m trying to switch but every time I get to the ‘full credit check’ I’m taken to an error page and when I click ‘try again’ I have to fill out the form again and receive all the emails again. Do you not have a way to continue open applications?

The slowest of slow claps to @AskNationwide who, after being told that @BritishGasHelp increased my Direct Debit both beyond reason and without my consent, have sided with BG because they sent me "an advance notice" - the exact same notice that I raised an issue about. Pathetic.

@AskNationwide I note you are offering £200 account switch bribe for newbies. I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. Do I need to switch out to First Direct or the like to benefit from this or is it worth you giving me £200 to retain my loyal custom?
