Pay day was 24th Feb. My @AskNationwide account bounces my pay due to a "bank error". Pay sent again Friday and yesterday and still no money. Nationwide can't tell Me why and now my direct debits are due and I've no money. Last of money spent on a shop for the kids last night.

@AskNationwide Thank you for the quick response Kamara! Error message reads: "Sorry, we're unable to show you all your account info at the moment. This also means you're (you'll?) be unable to make payments from some accounts. We're working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible"
.@AskNationwide Hi, is anyone working the phones in your Credit Card team? 30 mins on hold last night, currently 15 mins on hold.
@bygrhel @AskNationwide It took me over 20 minutes to get through by which time my shopping had been put back on the shelf I can't believe they did nothing to resolve or broadcast the problem, just expected customers to wait on the phone to sort it out themselves
@AskNationwide Hi I have just opened a second account with you and I seem to have been given a second customer number - will both accounts show in the online banking approver the next few days?
@AskNationwide So it turns out Nationwide had blocked lots of customer’s credit cards yesterday due to an “IT Glitch”. Shame @AskNationwide weren’t admitting the IT problems and I wouldn’t of wasted half my evening trying to get through on your constantly engaged helpline #nocustomerservice

@rstar666 @AskNationwide @BBCNews So glad to see someone else asking about this. I have been having problems for a couple of months and was initially told it was just me. Have exchanged countless secure messages. Getting apologies now but no resolution. Having c card blocked today by IT error was last straw!
