    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with renewing debit cards? My wife's card expired 30th Nov and, despite being advised on three different occasions that cards had been ordered, nothing has arrived. Today we are advised that there is an "issue" from 17th October???

    Dear @TheAA_UK, You wrote to me on 31/10 to say my Complaint would be investigated and you would contact me within 28 days. That was more than 28 days ago. Apparently your Complaints Procedure is as reliable as your breakdown service? Why do @AskNationwide use you again?

    @AskNationwide Great switching service; thank you. One area could really improve, though: please try to send card reader in time for switch in future (or make alternative verification available), as now I can't pay from my account online or in mobile app as it hasn't arrived yet.
