    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @aliarnold06 @AskNationwide @TheFCA Hi, sorry to jump on, I have recieved the same amd made contact with phishing dept at nationwide who confirmed it's a genuine email possibly relating to a request from HMRC due to my application for tax rebate for working from home, I'm relieved to know others have had an email!

    @AskNationwide I start the app, it loads and then I get the screen saying "Sorry, but we seem to be experiencing a technical problem. Ease try restarting the app" rinse and repeat. This happened last time I had an android update, I'm just wondering has it happened again but nobody told you yet

    @AskNationwide Hi. I’ve been trying to help a friend set up online banking but it seems you don’t have his mobile number or email address on your system. As the branch is closed on Saturdays how can I get these added so I can set this up?

    @jojomunroro Hi, currently the only lender having transparent conversations about helping B2 rated homeowners through a lending process are @AskNationwide. If you have a remediation plan and funding in place they will look at it. Still working out what that might look like under Fox amendment

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide There seems to be a problem with the iOS Mobile Banking App. For some reason the Face ID doesn’t work, saying there’s a technical problem. I can still login using my passnumber, but it’s been like that for a week or two now so I’m just bringing it to your attention
