@AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

@AskNationwide Payment attempted twice between 0720 & 0730 this morning and instantly returned. So upon checking service status on the Nationwide website & app at that time it said all services were working even this Twitter account was responding saying systems working.

I’m now sat waiting stupidly not able to do as planned for today (Christmas stuff with family)…. With my money 😳 Maybe compensation is in order to your customers
