    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @DC_1873 @AskNationwide They said it was a fault in support and trying to fix it which differs to what this support page is saying. Told me to wait in the rain rather than walk home. Full complaint will be sent and then closure of account

    @AskNationwide customer for 20/25 years, I move money around constantly. Today being asked for a card reader which I dont have & never had so can't move MY money. Are we back in the 90s? Why are you suddenly asking for this? Rang, got told website would allow, it doesn't 😡😡

    @AskNationwide suggest your travel insurance benefit to the flex plus account is reviewed, shocking service, started an emergency claim Monday am as son rushed into hospital in South Africa with ruptured appendix and only communication is today to ask if he’s had surgery before!

    @AskNationwide shocking customer service and fobbed off for 3 weeks now. Direct debit indemnities aren’t worth the paper they’re written on with this shower.
