@AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

@AskNationwide why do your phone lines take you through all the options, make you go through various security questions only to say at the end that lines are closed at weekends, why not state this at the start of the process rather than wasting time for the customer?

@AskNationwide Hey guys I got a new phone and so am trying to set up my nationwide app again and every time I tried to do it it mentions there is a technical error Was wondering if it a genuine error going on or if it's an isolated case
