@AskNationwide @UrquhartDc It's no good having outgoing payments working as normal when everyone's incoming payments are on hold. If I visit my branch this afternoon would you be able to give me cash in hand from my bank account and then deduct the amount later when your issue's are resolved?

@AskNationwide a query. You’ve quoted a price for renewal of my buildings and contents insurance but when I’ve done a new quote as a potential new customer, it comes out at quite a bit less. Thought this was against FCA rules? Loyalty premium?

Had issues with @chase_uk and @RevolutApp online banks today, luckily neither is my main bank or I would have been in some embarrassing trouble. Glad @AskNationwide is my main account, phew!

Still awaiting a settlement figure from #themortgageworks. Promised within 20 working days. Today is 27 working days. USELESS customer service. Why can’t the company that owns them @AskNationwide help? Is their customer service just as bad?

@AskNationwide I transferred 3 payments over 4 hours ago…none have made it to the accounts to which I sent them. I was in a message chat which was ended at 8pm without resolving the issue. I’m fast losing faith

@AskNationwide We're here to help you...but aren't passing on interest rate rises. 12% inflation, 2% interest rates = THEFT Meanwhile they lend into the insane housing bubble. Our mutual is lost.

@AskNationwide Sadly had to raise a formal complaint with @AskNationwide as the person I'm currently on the phone to gives me every reason why he can't progress my issue & NO suggestion as to how to move forward. Not in line with #mutual ethos or #TCF principles. Am asking for help that is all

@LloydsBank To be fair to Lloyds, this is the first time I’ve known this to happen since being with them. If you want something to moan about bank with @AskNationwide as their banking is down most days. Best thing I ever did was change to Lloyds
