Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Sailsbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide I've done all of that and the app won't work. Everytime I open the app it begins to load the passnumber screen then tells me it's experiencing a technical problem. I cannot bank on my phone at all.

@AskNationwide my mobile phone app has been down now for over 2 weeks, last night I have made plans to switch my account to Virgin money, so frustrating. I have closed my other 2 accounts. You will loose a lot of custom because of this. It’s a shame, I’ve just got my loan with u.

@AskNationwide I was hoping the planned work over the weekend would be to fix the loading issue. I have to quit the app for it to open. App version 17.0.4 on iOS , Face ID enabled. Software up to date.

@AskNationwide No you are not. You reject potential fraudulent payments and lock up my account and I have to wait 7 days. All you keep doing is blaming the merchant for something your procedures created Nationwide have appalling customer service
