Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Sailsbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide Thanks for setting up accounts for our Ukrainian refugees, so quickly! One problem... their phones have UK SIMs but still need to be in the Ukraine region (for other apps) and neither the Apple nor Android app stores allow the Nationwide Banking app to be installed

@AskNationwide Tried that, they’ve cancelled the card, but said my phone device was involved even though that is impossible. They can’t help us by finding out exactly where the fraud attempt was made location / device number, and so my device is now a brick to me for online purchasing.

So, @AskNationwide telling me to do the things that I have been doing for months, to get help. Failing to understand I have just 24 hrs before I lose everything and yet unable to help in any meaningful way. Local MP? Daily Mail journo friend? How do I get help????

4 mths of trying to get help from @AskNationwide. In 24 hours I will have lost everything because, despite 5 hours a day seeking phone help every day for 3 weeks, no one knows how to help me. Can't be escalated because no exchange date. No exch date because it can't be escalated
