    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Sailsbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide Whether a Flex account can be used by a sole trader to accept income and make vat payments from. Different answers all over the net. No help from your chat system.

    @StMichael888 @AskNationwide How interesting! We’ve just got our account and tried to set up the app. Called N/Wide for help and was advised to go to a branch to get them to set it up! What a joke! Going to cancel the account.

    @AskNationwide I have done this, only now to be told I have to wait 7 days to have access to online banking. I was never told this, and did not have this situation with my other two bank accounts!

    @AskNationwide Hi Ashley thanks for the reply, on the previous occasions I have spoken to someone they have told me my application is due to be reviewed the following day however it never has been, I’m about to lose my house purchase because of this, no help for a loyal customer

    @AskNationwide the last 2 days I've been trying to use your Switch to Nationwide option on Internet banking. I keep getting the message we are experiencing technical problems. I also get the same message when I try using the Chat to us service

    @AskNationwide Hi, no haven’t gone to a branch, as I can’t believe I have to. Didn’t have to with Barclays or Santander. Their apps took minutes to set up. Why have you made it so complicated. The same is with your website

    @AskNationwide when is the app going to be sorted out? It crashes constantly & have to delete & reinstall every time I want to check my balance. Have only just switched but will be forced to move again as apps impossible to use.
