Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Sailsbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide problems with online banking? Chat bot has currently left me waiting for 30 minutes to talk to a human. Not confident that all is well, just me all all customers accounts at risk?
