Mark Sowton (@SowtonMark) reported@AskNationwide A week ago my card was stopped in branch due to me spotting fraudulent activities. Still awaiting my new card, and email or a text. Very poor service, but I am use to this from Nationwide.

krupal (@krupalb) reportedVery concerned by @AskNationwide handling of my account. Very disappointed with Nationwide. #Dalekphobia a.k.a. #anti_Dalek_hatred tsar (@bindon) reported@AskNationwide The "new look" on the customer web portal is atrocious. You must create an option to keep the previous format permanently! I would switch banks, but I've been a customer for 40 years. Hopefully you will get over whatever it is ur design team are going thru & go back to how it was

kathleen reid (@independencekat) reported@AskNationwide couldnt get 2 separate payments through this morning to, two different companies. Used another card , different bank. No issues at all.
-
Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

Sarah Bond 💙 🌻🧡 (@SheLovesTweets) reported@AskNationwide Thanks but it’s OK. I think I entered the wrong customer number so it worked today. I have a second number labelled ’reg’. Any idea what that would be?
