    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Sailsbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide Yes. When I scroll down the list of my bank transactions it says "load more transactions" then I click on that it takes me right back. If I'm scrolling to let's say 12 months ago it takes absolutely ages

    @AskNationwide Hi, I‘m living abroad but still have an account with you and have recently had problems with payments not going through. Tried to call the abroad number but the call just drops after stating my enquiry. Is there another way to sort this out? Thanks

    @AskNationwide They can't ever help, say they don't know why. It now says the statement is done (4 days late) but isn't anywhere to be seen. I'll just stop using it as you are making it impossible to manage. Thanks for being so good @NatWest_Help I might even switch my current account to you.

    @AskNationwide still no sign of interest increases to savings accounts, you increase mortgate rates quick enough tho! Still no increases since at least the last 2 BoE rises, why is that? Don’t respond with “you’re working on it” because so far you haven’t worked on anything!
