Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Sailsbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide Second card that comes with a damaged chip that does not work leaving me with contactless issues. Need to keep on calling a bank that does not provide a free of charge calling number and just spent 7 pounds to make a call. Very disappointed at this bank.

@AskNationwide Son in South Korea and his Nationwide bank card won't work - his phone is also not working - who can he/we contact to sort it out please - getting desperate as he is also in isolation. Thank you

@AskNationwide Having major problems with nationwide and the mortgage works with my mortgage. They are so slow in processing documents, I have a pending complaint going and now you can’t even call the customer number, they leave a message saying they are very busy at the moment and cuts out :(
