Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Sailsbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide Do I really need a card reader to send £40 to an existing payee, what century are you working in? Can't get through on the phone and now can't do it via the app. Regretting the move to Nationwide

@AskNationwide All the way through the long application process to switch a joint account. Approved and spent ages filling in a million questions. Very last "Finish" button on the final page..... Does absolutely nothing. Visually presses down... Page does nothing. Not impressed

@AskNationwide I'm having problems with downloading older statements from the Internet Banking site. I can't view or download anything, & when I click anywhere else I am logged out and have to log in all over again. It's been like this for several months

Shout out to @AskNationwide who lied about funds being returned from a Direct Debit indemnity, and then lied about the timescale for getting a phone call for a complaint... which arose from their original lie. Great customer service! #Nationwide

@AskNationwide I was already told someone would be in touch first thing today. I was also told my funds would be returned by 6pm last night. Neither of those things have happened. Ridiculous service.

@AskNationwide here's a thought, I've been a loyal Nationwide customer for 15+ years, however if I leave for another bank I get £175-£200, but if I was a new customer joining Nationwide I'd get £200. What if I'm loyal and stay? Nothing? How's that seem fair?
