@AskNationwide Hi Rory, yes, the phone is broken, cannot turn it on, so I can't register it to claim on my insurance

@AskNationwide No, but 2 forms of ID needed. Why not adjust the ID requirements for a 12 year old. Clerk told me that if she is old enough to have a bank card she is independent and parent not involved. So why then ask for my account details to help her get through security. Process is awful!

@AskNationwide be wary of the switching service. You have to switch within 30 days. Nationwide completing switches outside the 30 days so they don’t have to make payment. Very Poor!

@AskNationwide Nationwide, I want to reduce my impact on the environment. When will you give customers a chance to help the environment by bringing out climate change bank accounts? I want to support businesses that care about the environment. #wozx @EfforceOfficial

@AskNationwide Hi do you know that there are problems with your mobile app at the moment? I haven’t been able to access the app for around a week now on my iPhone. When will this be fixed?

@AskNationwide I’m aware of that for goodness sake. I am trying to explain that I couldn’t even log onto the website and check my pending payments because it is not an option via the website. It is ridiculous that you can only check that via the app.

@AskNationwide @sainsburys the £100 is still showing on my account despite the petrol being taken last Saturday. Your website says the charge will be updated alsmost immediately with correct amount….obviously whoever wrote that has no understanding of time!
