    Very unhappy customer today! Requested current account switch from @tescobankhelp to @AskNationwide only to find out #TescoBank are closing all current accounts anyway and my request was cancelled. I now need to go through the whole process again, which is just not good enough!

    @aktheknight @edent @AskNationwide Yeah, they're generally pretty meh. It took them forever to support contactless and Android Pay, they have a very shaky understanding of the direct debit guarantee and the online bank is straight out of 2005. Only with them out of inertia but I really should switch

    @AskNationwide No links. Just says there is a problem with your ISA transfer request, please call within the next 5 working days on 0800 4643032 between 9am-7pm mon/fri 9am-12pm Sat. Seems legit?

    @AskNationwide I’m about to have my card expire and haven’t had a replacement through. I can’t telephone abs there doesn’t seem to be an accessible chat option. Can you help me find out how to order a new card please ?

    @AskNationwide Why bother? 6 phone calls (nearly a whole working day according to your staff so it seems) haven't done the trick - no one is able to see the scale of this problem and just solve it. Honestly, it's worse than dealing with my local council. It is a total and utter joke!

    @AskNationwide . Evening trying to submit an application to your mutualrespectfund for grassroots every time go to submit get error message cannot be sent right now . Same error on laptop and tablet can you help
