    @AskNationwide My question was about the Talkback meetings, not the AGM. You have already precluded most of us who work from the AGM by holding it in the middle of the working day; I mistakenly thought you might have made the Talkabout more accessible by offering an evening session.

    @Jazman1985 @Claire11152715 @AskNationwide I have not received payouts for October 2021 through December 2021 due to a similar "bug" and it has yet to be resolved. They were able to bill my bank during this time while blaming my bank for the problem. My bank has never received funds.

    @AskNationwide I have a Debit Card that's damaged & although useable the web site wants me to cancel the card before I can order a new one, however that leaves me without a card till the new one arrives so can't you just send me a replacement then I'll destroy the damaged card..?
