@AskNationwide She is logged in via the website. She cannot click on the Flex Account and there is no drop down menu like normal. Error message says some functionality is unavailable at the moment, try again later

@AskNationwide It won’t change anything and I can’t call to pay any bills as I have the cash in my purse needing to be put into the account to pay the bills! It’s my money I should be able ti access it 😡

@AskNationwide I called customer service but they can't access by account due to a block put in December. But my card has been working fine since then. What crazy security is that? Now I can't unblock my card because cust svs can't access it. Time for a new credit card provider?

@AskNationwide hello, my mortgage broker has spelt my partners name wrong on mortgage application 1 letter is wrong, is this an easy fix or would a whole new applied submitting. Thanks
