Sorry to jump on another complaint, came on here because my partner’s been stuck on a phone for 1hr20 so far. What do Halifax think is an acceptable time to wait? @AskNationwide been on hold for 14 minutes, very poor service. Keeps telling me i will be answered shortly but that is simply untrue. I want to raise 3 transaction disputes which cannot be done online. This is such poor service and please do not trot out the old “covid” excuse🙄

@AskNationwide But you won't take any notice and carry on regardless as customer service isn't really a thing these days it's all about cutting wage bills by getting rid of humans.
