    @AskNationwide my debit card is due to expire next month, on your website it mentions you send new cards around 4 weeks before but I’m yet to receive one.

    @AskNationwide I ordered a replacement for my bank card (sort code 07-02-46) pn Monday. It's now Friday, post has been and it's still not arrived. Terrible service. Shame on you for leaving customers in limbo for so long...could be Monday now before it arrives.

    @AskNationwide daughter had her phone stolen this evening. You have made it more stressful by fact she had downloaded app to ipad to freeze bank account but too much security means she can't access her money. Ipad also won't let her call your lost/stolen!

    @AskNationwide should it take the best part of an hour to get a new card sen. new customer, card not arrived (sent 23rd Jan) and almost an hour later on chat a new one hasn’t been ordered?
