    @AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

    @AskNationwide I have a business bank account with @ANNAMoneyUK. When they had a problem with a payment provider they emailed several times in the first 24 hours and kept us informed. The @AskNationwide are keeping us in the dark.

    @oliviadjourno @AskNationwide Hi Olivia, sadly not fixed yet. "Payment message" notification still in place. It reads: "You are currently unable to make outgoing payments and incoming payments are delayed. Everything else is working normally." Sorry that I've got no further updates than this

    A rather predictable Twitter pile on for @AskNationwide. Having worked in IT for another bank a number of years back, and being under the cosh to resolve various unexpected service outages, I know they’ll be working above and beyond to fix it.

    @AskNationwide This unfortunately doesn't help my son that couldn't eat today because the money I have of his in my Nationwide account, of which I sent at about 9am still hasn't reach his account 😰

    @dave_murray1981 @DaithiSabh @AskNationwide You don’t need to inform people of this. People are using social media to vent, they are annoyed at a Bank. And you’re sticking up for a bank… for no reason. Stop commenting on peoples post who have spent the day trying to fix this issue so close the Christmas.

    @dave_murray1981 @AskNationwide Don’t try and mug me off pal. The economy requires then banking systems to work. If they overload the systems by closing thousands of branches, then can’t run an online system there’s a serious problem in the banking sector! Zero justification, it’s not their money it’s ours!

    @AskNationwide This is my landladys last Christmas with her young children as she has cancer and I can't pay her my rent. Absolutely disgusting customer service. After another crazy year we've all had, you need to do so much better. If you've been hacked, just admit it.
