@AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

@AskNationwide One of my cards is no longer working. Apple Pay is not authorising it, it won’t do contactless, when I try and use a pin it says too many pin attempts but at a cash point it won’t let me unfreeze or create a new pin either??

@AskNationwide I sent some money to Lifetime ISA. I think the money did get sent (money received by LISA) but the balance on Nationwide hasn't been reduced. What is the issue?

@AskNationwide i did previously have the app to manage mymums account now closed &opened another as executor. app does download.i have deleted it & tried to log in several times ,even gone through the online registration process again but still get same message 😩

@AskNationwide If there is an issue with faster payments why is there nothing on the status page or on the app, I just sent a payment to pay a bill and there was no mention of any issue. This is not good enough.

@AskNationwide It has never been an issue in the last couple of years, I’m not sending funds to someone via the app, I’m trying to purchase something using a rapid transfer system which I’ve done daily for 2 years and now my banking app has some discriminatory issue with this

@AskNationwide if I have had a nationwide 1 year fixed access account more than a year ago, am I able to open a new one and get the same interest rate as shown on your website? Or do I have to wait a bit longer ?

@AskNationwide hi Nationwide, we ordered solar with @daylight_energy they appear to have now gone bankrupt and we need to get our deposit back , paid via BACS, communication up to Jan was all positive. We need help getting this back via chargeback. Can you help ?
