    @AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

    FAO Head Office @AskNationwide You need to tell your credit card customer service that YOU are able to make changes on a customer's account as agent today adamant I had done so. Until he spoke to a manager and learned otherwise. Had he not I was facing interest + fee charge 👿👿

    @AskNationwide Not sure how I can resolve it? I'm caught in your system error, so I think it will fall to you to offer some customer service and resolve the issue! Honest comms as your team are working on transfers in due 5th May - the website says a 15 day delay max- this isn't the case

    @AskNationwide It does absolutely nothing for your 'members' who work all week though does it? If you put back the glass screens your colleagues would be no more at risk than anyone working in Aldi or Tesco. Don't see them closing their doors.

    @AskNationwide Hi. Like the app but it's worrying no option to set it to auto lock out if not used for a while. Easy these days to access a phone. Natwest app locks out if screen not used/minimalised for security. Pls sort.
