@AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

@AskNationwide Mike are you getting paid extra commission every time you send that tweet? We know it can take until 6am but it's never taken that long for any of us! There's clearly an issue somewhere judging by the volume of tweets you're getting. We'd all appreciate an honest update!

@AskNationwide @Charliefarliela Still waiting on 2 lots of wages in my account. Single parent that needs to do a food shop with current £1.15 in the account.. clearly the issue is in them crediting our accounts seems like the payments have come in but there’s an issue releasing funds

@AskNationwide @emjanerx It's a bit strange that everyone has their payments early but no one has had them yet, so you trying to tell me that there is no problem and we are all going to get them into our accounts at 6am? If payments were 12-6am at least someone's payment would've gone in between by now!

@AskNationwide same has many others today we are expecting husband esa. ( normal payment day)And my carers allowance today ( because Monday is a bank holiday. Neither have test gone in. And normally do just after midnight is this a problem with you or dwp
