    @AskNationwide @mickhogg Delay? How longs this delay for an incoming payment? Delay suggests it’s processing. But from what I understand the system is down, meaning it’s frozen, rather then delayed?

    Errrmmm @AskNationwide when will you sort out the payments issue!? Some of us have bills that come out of those accounts and cannot be doing up middle man explanations to the companies we pay bills to.

    @AskNationwide so letting your customers sit with no information about when they will be able to access the money they've been sent. It's really not good enough for a company that's supposed to care about its customers.
