Seems to be common thing judging by Twitter, and Etsy doing little to help people. Not impressed by @AskNationwide security either. Wasn’t spotted by them.

She’s very worried she will liable for money. 18 transactions on a site she rarely uses to that sums should have been spotted. If she hadn’t checked her email she wouldn’t know.
