    @AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

    @AskNationwide Is there a problem with online banking and card readers today? On my app it keeps saying it's the wrong code. Now on the website no code comes up at all on the card reader

    @AskNationwide It's just an image that says "We couldn't process your payment you need to contact your bank to find out why. Once you've spoken to them please come back." I have spoken to customer service numerous times and they just say it's blocked on O2's side and send me back to O2.

    I need help please @AskNationwide; you’ve truncated my surname on your systems despite having my full surname on a current mortgage & bank account. I’m being asked to come into branch (none close) to prove a name change. I haven’t changed my name! Surely this can be fixed.

    Innit great when you have £400 quid stolen from your card and the "help" desk @AskNationwide are 1) incompetent and 2) rude that you have to end the conversation before you blow your top? Wnkrs

    @AskNationwide I’ve called you twice already and no one is being clear about why you’re sending me letters in an incorrect surname for one product only and why I’m being asked to prove a name change to fix this.
