  • Mark84239250 Mark (@Mark84239250) reported

@AskNationwide My account has shown a pending transaction for the past few days now… The transaction has already come out in full but is still showing as a separate pending transaction, meaning my available balance is now down even though already paid

@AskNationwide why would you send me a new debit card 1 year 1 month before my current one expires? I didnt ask for it. Its causing me loads of issues. Absurd process.

@AskNationwide Why is it so hard to find a ISA transfer form on your website? Cheers

  • jpreed30 JPR (@jpreed30) reported

@AskNationwide Thank you for your prompt response about internet banking, but this doesn’t help re: the app as per my question. Apps are easier to login to and use when on the move than internet banking and also sits neater on the screen rather than having to zoom in, which may not be ideal.

  • PanPawian1988 SebastianK (@PanPawian1988) reported

@AskNationwide Could I possibly go to branch and ask them for help?
