    @AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

    @AskNationwide I can't remember specifically which ones, but several help articles went to a removed page link, and I can't get past a certain stage in your New Account Application because the browser loses track of what step I'm on. It's still showing me as 'step 1' even though it is on step 3

    @AskNationwide Yes 3 times, I have requested a Manager to email me today. Tomorrow I will engage my lawyers and Nationwide will be footing the Bill. an absolute shambles. Your help line isn't! I am quite happy to make this public all over social media!

    @AskNationwide My recent attempt to open an account with you which ended in cancellation because of your incompetence and your staff not having access to all departments has now left you open to fraud because I am receiving cheque books etc for the account! You really are sad!

    @AskNationwide Hi yes he's sent me Money many times before never had an issue he banks with nationwide aswell and done it from the ATM in branch I am the only payee saved on there so definitely right details
