Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

@AskNationwide is there an issue with standing orders? I had a payment scheduled for the 1st of the month (as always) and yesterday it was showing as scheduled for today with the BH, but it didn’t go and now it says next scheduled for 1st June. What’s going on??
