    Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

    @AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

    @AskNationwide Well this has deleted all my details and is saying I do not have a customer number so now it’s worse that it was earlier as now all my information has gone, this is yet more awful advice from you and can’t get through to anyone on the phone and online they won’t speak to me

    @AskNationwide She was put through to HO by her local branch but she doesn’t know HO number. Now local branch not answering at all. I can’t do anything obvs as not my account. Why can’t someone contact her when it’s all your errors from outset!
