@AskNationwide Seriously, its not there. And if its not visible on Chrome there's a problem. I have Chrome set up to work for my requirements - if I have to switch to another browser it raises accessibility issues, apart from general inconvenience. It shouldn't be this hard to talk to my bank

@AskNationwide what use is a telephone system that says please call back during office opening hours if your not going to tell customers what these hours are. Is tomorrow a working day?
