    @AskNationwide Yeah but we can't transfer money or make payments to bills. This is the most important thing, if you have a glitch FIX IT!

    Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

    @AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

    @AskNationwide Just tried on my laptop. 100% problem is with your 3D secure verification step. After I verify the message on NW app, Amex logs me out. I do not have time to talk to your team. I will use another bank account.

    @AskNationwide Your app is freezing on opening screen. Won’t go any further than NW logo on trees. iPad Air 2 Latest iOS. No problem on iPhone 7. Please advise.

    @AskNationwide Well they gave me a sort code and account number to use ,but when I try to use it via online banking the account kicks me back into the login page

    @AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

    @AskNationwide what has changed with using Nationwide’s debit card abroad. Never had problems previously but last week in Mallorca it failed in first 3 shops and first 4 ATMs - only managed to successfully use it in 1 ATM and airport shop on way home.

    @AskNationwide your website and app is so stressful I've changed my address manually a month ago and today tried to shut down my ISA and the website crashed so I have no idea if my account is actually getting closed or if any paperwork will be sent to my correct address 😶
