@AskNationwide hi there. I have tried numerous times to get through to your customer service team to change a direct debit. After being on hold today again for 20 minutes, I have yet again been cut off. Can I change the date on the mobile app?

@AskNationwide And not be picky but it’s now called the FCA! Googling FSA will only take you to the Food Standards Agency and don’t think they can help with banking matters.

@AskNationwide Why do you block a credit card and not reactivate it when you try to make another purchase confirming it through the app. Currently you go through the process of making the purchase, confirm in the app, only to have it refused. What a waste of time

Emma Adams
(@EmzAdams) reported
@AskNationwide I finally got through and was placed on hold as someone was finding out about the online application system not working to only be hung up on after 45 minutes. Can someone please help me with this?
-
Jenni Goodall
(@GopherJen87) reported
@AskNationwide how is it OK to leave someone for at least 3 weeks with no bank card? No access to money, and bills/subscription have now stopped. To make it even worse your customer service is an absolute joke.

@AskNationwide Oh ok so even though I’ve been a customer before I can still get the incentive? I no longer have a nationwide account
