@AskNationwide It's midnight and after waiting over two hours for your breakdown service the mechanic tells me he can't take me home. Have abandoned the car and am told it'll take 48hrs to recover. I will be closing all accounts with you immediately.

been banking and had insurance for 25 yrs with @asknationwide Hardly ever needed the insurance side of things. Boiler broke down on Saturday morning and Nationwide promised someone within 24 hrs. Coming up to 60 hrs later still no one has turned up. Goodbye nationwide.

@AskNationwide is it common practice that if one of your #mortgage advisors goes on leave, the customer is left chasing up desperately trying to make contact with someone who can help? The last two weeks have been wholly unacceptable from #Nationwide.

@AskNationwide why is @Lenstore refusing your credit card? They accept visa debit, not credit... I have had a problem with other companies stating you don't use their authentication system for credit cards.

@AskNationwide @MoneyHelperUK Managing your money is hard with Nationwide, they cancelled my card without telling me and sent a replacement that never turned up, again without telling me, so I only found out my card didn't work when I went to pay for my shopping, don't worry tho only 5 working days to wait
