    Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

    @AskNationwide That's who ive spoken to after 69 minute call yesterday told her system is down and today they have to email someone who will take 2 working days to give some simple information. It's simply not acceptable customer service for something thats cost £375 to be done

    @AskNationwide I will raise it.. but is your IT sec dept not concerned that a customers acc drops off the app and your explanation is that there are 2 addresses. Something that has never been an issue. You have my name, can’t you get someone to track down my details & see my wife rang & help?

    @AskNationwide What do you class as securely? My wife rang this morning.. went through the security checks.. staff can’t help and worse still didn’t seem to understand why their response was not good enough or made sense.
