@AskNationwide my elderly grandparents have tried calling you 5 times now and every time they’ve been left on hold for up to an hour. This is for travel insurance. They simply can’t keep hanging on like this. What is going on? The branch won’t help.

@xoorox @AskNationwide What Chrome browser has to do with android app??? I'm talking about android Nationwide app. My Chrome is latest version. Nothing to do with. Read comments on Google PlayStore many users has the same issue after recent Nationwide app update. Recent update made this app useless.

@AskNationwide Got a credit card with this company , used it once and then they blocked it without notification, contacted 5 times still not resolved! card is basically useless..as is the company. I should of checked Trustpilot before applied! Web chat, customer service I spoke to was useless!

@AskNationwide we’ve paid off our mortgage with you and now selling our house. Our solicitor has asked to have the mortgage removed from the title register as this is still showing on there? Normally have to send an “END1” to the Land Registry electronically. Hope you can help.
