    @AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

    Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

    @AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

    @AskNationwide had a techno glitch yesterday resulting in a double payment to a local company. A substantial sum. They will repay it when they check their mini statement tomorrow, they do not do online banking. Is there a way to halt one of the identical payments or too late?

    @AskNationwide absolutely disgusted that I had to travel to #england today to use a branch. all #northwales coast are closed Saturdays! Hard enough for rural communities to access banking without your discrimination thrown in too. Didn’t think I’d see this from you #disappointed
