    @AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

    Dreadful dreadful service from @AskNationwide. Already over time scales for returning home buyer survey to us. Ask for details so we can chase ourselves and get told another 2 working days for someone to respond meaning well over max limit of time.

    @AskNationwide That's who ive spoken to after 69 minute call yesterday told her system is down and today they have to email someone who will take 2 working days to give some simple information. It's simply not acceptable customer service for something thats cost £375 to be done

    @AskNationwide You guys have just repeating yourself since 7am in the morning. No proper reassurance of when we will be getting our money at all. People got stuff they need to pay for and do. Get someone on here that can TELL US WHEN WE GETTING OUR MONEY. Terrible bank.

    @Nicolef1Penney @AskNationwide Yes I'm home now thankfully , but I have my Christmas food shop money due out at 10pm tonight and my money is in mid air somewhere, I have 2 disabled boys and that's them off now. I can't take them shopping and even then I can't access my shopping money. 😔😔😔
