    @AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

    @AskNationwide Yeah but we can't transfer money or make payments to bills. This is the most important thing, if you have a glitch FIX IT!

    @AskNationwide hi there. I have tried numerous times to get through to your customer service team to change a direct debit. After being on hold today again for 20 minutes, I have yet again been cut off. Can I change the date on the mobile app?

    @AskNationwide Anyone who knows the nationwide culture can imagine the scene in Swindon. Lots of highly paid managers sending pointless emails shifting the blame onto someone else. Back stabbing galore. At no stage will anyone consider the root of the problem. Not my job!

    @AskNationwide Thank you very much, when I deposited the cash, I did it in 2 lots and there was a issue with the 2nd lot going so could potentially have something to do with that, hope you have a good day :)

    @AskNationwide Yeah becasue you ruinied our last year, not to mention your all on the press for failure ro pay, weeks its been going on, are #nationwide in trouble? Seems so as they have resorted to public displays of lying, every other post is we are aware of issues and have been sorted

    @AskNationwide you claim everything is working, but for months now, when trying to access an account online I get the same 'sorry were experiencing technical problems' no problem our end everything works fine, this shouldn't keep happening, and you claiming its not your fault

    @AskNationwide Hmmmmm, seems to be a recurring problem with your payments at the moment. Never happened this often with my old bank, perhaps for 2022 I should find a new bank/building society?
