    @AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

    @AskNationwide Hi, I’ve been trying unsuccessfully for many days to open a new 1Y Triple Access Online Saver (the previous one matured). I get an error message in the mobile app and also on the website. I’ve even tried 2 different browsers. Any account opening issues you know of?

    @AskNationwide @NinjaNetworkz Pretty sure there are known issues - it's affecting a lot of accounts on online banking and it's not just 1 or 2 people...

    @AskNationwide Possible reason for that is the entire HIP/EPC/DEA thing was completely ballsed up from day 1 and it's taking a long time to fix it with all the different versions of SEDBUK

    @AskNationwide I logged in, then the process opened a new window when I started it. It gets as far as nationality before it comes up with an error saying the process can’t be completed. I sent a secure message when logged on, but got an automated reply only.
