    @AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

    @AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

    @AskNationwide The problem is with your bank refusing to give me and my parents access at the same time. I confirmed with the office of the public guardian that I have all the correct documents which have been registered with you. You can still get the £2000!

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with your android app? When I log in it says there's a technical problem and signposts the service availability page which doesn't even load. Have tried restarted my phone. Just wondered if it's only me experiencing issues?

    @AskNationwide - hi. I can access my accounts etc, using my Face ID but my wife can’t get in using hers, the screen shows “We (you…) are having technical issues…”. Her Face ID works well with all her other apps so what could be wrong?

    @AskNationwide Thanks, I did order one last monday via the website but it has not arrived. I saw the queue in the branch as I drove by yesterday, still making people wait outside so not bother doing that, might just switch again soon now I have the switch bonus £££

    @AskNationwide People do not have time to do this every day. Half an hour on hold yesterday. Don’t have that time today. Clearly a problem with using it on apps. Trainline yesterday. Shell today. Embarrassing and inconvenient.
