    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

    @AskNationwide what is happening... this is ridiculous that every pay day... money is late whilst my co-workers who bank elsewhere have their money!!! There is no reason to bank with you anymore... no incentive, no service! Started the switching process

    @steviecardwell @AskNationwide Yes as its getting later it certainly is making me feel very anxious, I have not long been diagnosed with a serious health issue and stress they said I must keep away from...Well I am a nervous wreck at the moment wondering how I will cope over the long weekend with nothing .

    @AskNationwide With all due respect this played out the exact same way last time. There is an issue with your payments, they are not showing in accounts. Thousands tweets this morning about missing wages and bills coming out prove this. How can I trust you as a bank moving forwards…

    @AskNationwide, it appears that for the SECOND time in a row, you are having problems with payments. I woke up expecting to see my pay come in, yet once again …nothing. My bills are coming out on the 1st of May. When (today) will this be fixed? #NationWide @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide Please could you announce the latest update you have this 6 am and 7 am has now passed and there are quite a few of us without money. For most of us this is a serious issue and is causing distress please update as much as you can. Its very upsetting now
