Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

We use them and they just gave us £100 each. Dump the banks get a building society
