    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide She can't access livechat as you deliberately blocked her account. That's the whole point of the complaint, to get to the bottom of what on earth is going on!

    @AskNationwide we can't help and wouldn't help further, my dad has just died and left money for kids and I need to get the info and get them sorted to add the money to their accounts when it comes I have the girls details no problem(they have since been adopted by my husband as well) 2/2

    @whitelynx @AskNationwide Blind people have to use special technology to allow them to access computers, devices,, etc. often by means of additional pieces of software that arn’t fully compatible with the mainstream software.

    @AskNationwide you’ve locked me out of my bank accounts and told me to ring fraud protection, I did and that still wasn’t good enough so I’ve emailed and the automated reply says you’ll be in touch in 15 working days. Unacceptable please unfreeze my account today
