@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

Cut along story short I had to contact my bank @AskNationwide raise a visa dispute as I had explained the whole situation but due to £262.17 pending I had to call back when I see the money taken from my account to raise it so my bank can investigate the problem & credit me back😤

I am genuinely interested as I have business and current accounts with Barclays, Santander and nationwide - however only ever have problems with NW,and the banking facilities they offer are less complex by far than those mentioned above

Hi @AskNationwide when is the next AGM? We the members (for whom you are supposed to work in the interest of) need to vote out the board overseeing these monthly payment issues. Thank goodness you don't have shareholders, eh? #Nationwide
