    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide It's not my bank. It declined on contact less, pin, phone and then wouldn't dispense at the cash point. But I paid a bill online minutes later and went through fine. So not really sure what it is. But it's Natiowide that's the problem.

    @AskNationwide would it be possible to be notified either by email or the app every time the account holder's debit card is used for a transaction? It might help cut down on the amount £££ lost through fraudulently used cards as stolen cards could be stopped sooner.

    @AskNationwide No I don’t. Why would I have two phones. It shouldn’t be this difficult to block a card.

    @AskNationwide I am abroad and have no access to a card reader and have forgotten my passnumber. I need to pay my cc bill for this month. NW "call from abroad" Telephone number is also not working with local network. Can you help please?

    @AskNationwide £80K in a savings account and £1K in current. Card just been refused for the second time in Europe. That’s it, I’m done with your crappy, stupid service. Closing accounts when I get home. Yet again, you have ruined my holiday. Sick of it. Embarrassed and angry.

    @AskNationwide I’ve done a complaint. I am but has restrictions. My mum has spoken to nationwide giving full access. I’ve got 3rd but still won’t give me just a balance on the account so I can pass to her benefits as they been stopped. I’ve waited for a week for a statement been sent home
