    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

    @AskNationwide why do I have to switch my IPhone off and on again to access the app. Otherwise I just get a screen that shows the Nationwide app but doesn’t connect.

    @AskNationwide Yes, it doesn't work. It's an issue on your side, was told it would get fixed in 2 days... Last week I contacted them, I spent 1hr 45 mins on the phone - way too long don't you think ? But thats not the only problem - the site says open till 8pm when its clearly not. Very poor.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I don’t seem to be able to access my statements for a current account I recently closed. I assumed access to past statements would persist as with banks I’ve been with. Is there a way to access these?

    @AskNationwide I have a holding deposit from a car hire company, the car has been returned in good condition, it still shows as pending which means I have very limited credit left, is it just a delay? In other words do I have access to my funds now?

    @AskNationwide Appalling service. Employee instructed me and wrote down name and number of scammer who stole £170 from my acc. Asked your employee if she could call and query on my behalf to minimise risk of further details being stolen. But your employee didn’t have time.

    @AskNationwide Pointless. As a customer unless I actually call the bank directly Nationwide customer service and communication skills need some serious upgrades. Honestly not impressed.
