I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

Don Don (@Donxdons) reported@AskNationwide I’ve logged a complaint, didn’t receive a text though. The service and procedures are awful, totally incompetent. On one call I was transferred and a child answered! Obviously working from home but should family members have access to work equipmen?
