I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

Me (@anarchy4angels) reported@AskNationwide Stocks and shares ISA. I just tried from my phone using the app. Same result, log into the app, no way to apply. Loops out to an information website, no way to apply unless I'm a member and so have to login again...

The patronising tone and sickly messages are astonishingly arrogant. Whoever signs these adverts off needs to have a word with themselves. I’ll never want to be a customer.
