@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide Nope I can’t do anything online because the online accessibly want me to APPLY for a new account and all I want to do is CHANGE my account ,I’m going into branch and if they can’t help me or discriminate me due to my disability I will be leaving @AskNationwide as a customer

@AskNationwide how can I suggest some improvements to your online banking website? I would find it really useful if on my mortgage account it showed total overpayments so far this year, when the anniversary is, and what the penalty free limit per year is.

@MartinSLewis - I'm helping mum switch to a lower mortgage rate but @AskNationwide are super diff - its taken me 6 calls to get an online appt - seems to me they don't want you to pay off your mortgage or get a better deal - is anyone else having the same issue!!

@AskNationwide THANKS FOR NOTHING TRYIED TO GET HELP AND YOU COULDNT OVER THE PHONE AND BLAMED MY PHONE LINE FOR THE POOR QUALTY. IM DEAF AND COULDNT HEAR HIM SO MY PROBLEM HASNT BEEN RESLOVED
