@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide Could you help clarify ref Overdrafts. Finally out of my overdraft after many years and have reduced OD limit. Letter received today is worded that I’ll still be charged for having overdraft even if I don’t go into it. Could you clarify, thank you!

It is an attack on what it means to be female. Going to look at moving my account elsewhere as I am sick of this woke nonsense. Shameful.

@AskNationwide why has the time to process mortgage applications dropped significantly. The service used to be fantastic over the years. It’s almost four times longer than other providers (based on their published processing times)
