@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide why is your service so poor, I spend ages trying to get through then you cut me off !

  • hirekieran

Hi @AskNationwide, why is the Paym service ending? Was probably one of the most useful services you currently offer on current accounts.

  • TeaforKarin
Karin & Stanley ♒🏊‍♀️ (@TeaforKarin) reported from Rushden, England

@AskNationwide is there a problem with your website, it won't let me in! It's asking for pass code? Never had that before, have I locked myself out? Or hacked?

  • thewifeandme
The Wife & Me (@thewifeandme) reported from Bedford, England

@AskNationwide help please. I cant seem to change the 'reference' for a payment if I am paying someone that I've paid before on your app. Most frustrating 🤔 Any clues?

@AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

@AskNationwide A huge congratulations to Nationwide for not looking after the interests of their members. If someone in that building society really cared about my on-going issue then it would have been resolved immediately. You people are pathetic! 😤 #AskNationwide #Nationwide

@AskNationwide are your online services not working? Your status says normal but I’m having trouble transferring money into accounts from one account into another? Please help

  • AttonSusan

@AskNationwide Is this a continuation of the technical issues being experienced all over the long Easter weekend? I have several accounts with Nationwide and have never been cancelled due to "the results of [your] final checks"! (Whatever they are...)

  • twmorgan11
    Tom Morgan (@twmorgan11) reported

Some absolute golden UX fails from @AskNationwide trying to report a lost card. 1) 'Please have your credit card to hand to report your lost card'. 2) 'Please insert your card into your card reader to report your lost card. Don't have a card reader? No problem.'

  • j_mesney
    James Mesney (@j_mesney) reported

@AskNationwide what the heck is going on? Your phone customer support drops calls claiming a “technical issue”. The banking app’s chat is in a death loop and isn’t working. The banking app isn’t showing details like standing orders. ETA for fixes? There’s no way to contact you.

@AskNationwide how do I check if an ISA is flexible and what’s your deadline for the end of the tax year?

  • steveod21
    steve odonnell (@steveod21) reported

@AskNationwide Is the banking app down? Haven’t been able to get on for 3 hours. Just times out.

@AskNationwide Dreadful new website. Looks like it was designed for people who write with crayons!

  • LerryOwen
    OL (@LerryOwen) reported

Hey @AskNationwide very disappointing you can’t open a ISA with yourselves online unless you’re an existing customer. Also very poor not to be able to transfer an existing isa in along with allowing this years allowance.

  • tattyead66
    lisa barnes (@tattyead66) reported

@AskNationwide i tried to open an isa with nationwide, but it always asks for an account number. Im not a nationwide customer though. Do I need an account before I can open an isa?
