@AskNationwide is there a problem with your website, it won't let me in! It's asking for pass code? Never had that before, have I locked myself out? Or hacked?

Hi @AskNationwide, why is the Paym service ending? Was probably one of the most useful services you currently offer on current accounts.

@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide can I suggest you find someone other than @TheAA_UK to provide your breakdown service? 5 hours so far sat at the side of the road. Rude operators, dire service.

@AskNationwide hi, I'm looking for help with a translation on my account. I'd cancelled an order from amazon and funds haven't been put back, after a week. Amazon said to contact bank as they had sent funds

@AskNationwide some feedback about your poetry adverts - they are truly awful and actually make me angry. The patronising tone and sickly messages are astonishingly arrogant. Whoever signs these adverts off needs to have a word with themselves. I’ll never want to be a customer.

@DyslexiaTeach @AskNationwide In the exact same situation. We were looking to remortgage as we want to buy a house and our complex is under the 18m mark but are getting screwed due to the lack of an ews1 form. The service management company will not commission it as we do not meet the govt requirements for it

@Opinutd @AskNationwide unfortunately Santander didn't meet my other needs, so I am basically stuck, because Nationwide haven't followed their own guidance. New build, no safety issues, low-rise, no chance of EWS1 being done - and yet still no mortgages.
