@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide I have submitted a further complaint via the link you have sent. Following the disaster that occurred yesterday, I would have presumed to have had a response. I have never had such poor service from a mortgage company in my life!

@AskNationwide thanks to the glitch yesterday I have a minus balance which Keeps going up & up & I have absolutely no idea what should be on my statement & what shouldn’t because some payments weren’t authorised and the transactions are all over the place 😡 complaint made.

@AskNationwide I applied Credit card 3 months after account opening and got rejected as I did not complete 12 months in UK. Even lower limit cards (lesser than my monthly salary), 👎. NBS should consider the customer potential, assess the risk and act on such applications.

@AskNationwide I've submitted a complaint. Twice! One of them is particularly serious, but still didn't get a response. This is causing so much stress and we need the mortgage finalised! There is a serious problem with your system!

@AskNationwide absolutely appalling service Due to the ‘glitch’ yesterday payments that weren’t authorised due to me having insufficient funds apparently are now pending in my account & I have to wait 7 days to claim back & are £310 out of pocket 🤬 #fuming

@AskNationwide why don’t you tell people that the duplicate payments and incorrect balances are infact a technical issue you’ve been working on for 2 days instead of blaming merchants? Left £50 overdrawn with no overdraft and you can’t help because I’m OD? 😡
