    Hi @AskNationwide, why is the Paym service ending? Was probably one of the most useful services you currently offer on current accounts.

    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

    @AskNationwide I’ve already logged a complaint 7 days ago to disputes who said I would get a response in 3-5 days but because I didn’t get a response from you I’ve tried phoning disputes but Andy at disputes keeps putting the phone down after a 30 minute call queue it’s a debit card.

    @AskNationwide trying to sign up to Bet365 and it says my debit card can’t be used to make deposits to online gaming companies. I asked them about it and they said it was a problem on Nationwide’s end, do you know why it says this?

    @AskNationwide I had someone set up as a payee on my account, and they seem to have randomly disappeared from my account. I’m pretty sure I did not remove them, so i’m really confused about whats happened…any help?
