    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide my salary is paid into my account tonight, guessing it won’t be paid in and Xmas is pretty much ruined. I have my DDs & payments queued to go out, they need my salary in. So how about you give us tangible answer & timeframe. Pointing to a website isn’t help

    @AskNationwide You're currently causing the challenging times. I'm sure I'm not the only one now worrying that money due into an account on Christmas Eve is going to be affected by whatever is causing your problems, this time. It's not good enough really, is it?

    @AskNationwide any idea when payment issues will be fixed? I’ve been waiting for a transfer since 7am and that person hasn’t been asked to resend it. That’s money just sat in Limbo and it’s taking the p*** a bit now.

    @Cuddy2977 Paul, if you take a look under the Tweets & Replies tab here: @AskNationwide, you’ll see they’ve had problems for hours, and can’t give any ETA at all for when the problem will be resolved.

    @AskNationwide if my wage is delayed tomorrow, nationwide will be charged for all the delayed payments I will be receiving! Get your **** together and get everyone back online it’s Xmas ffs.
