    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide Hi, I feel very disappointed in your service. I've filed a complaint about being unable to transfer money from an ISA and had 0 response. I find it shocking that the ONLY way to get access to my money is to go into a physical branch during a pandemic... #covid

    @AskNationwide I thought it was from Nationwide because they had my postcode on the email and knew the length of time I had been with the bank. There is a clickable link to access the form, you can see it in blue on the second image. I worry that if I don't do it, my account may be stopped

    @AskNationwide The lady on the phone said I’m sorry but I cannot help you as I am on the credit card department . She then processed to state that the line I would need to be transferred to are in fact closed and will open Monday at 8am.
