  @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

  @AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

  @AskNationwide closing an account for no reason, not responding to messages and now refusing to tell me where my money is is a big problem and fraud. Just because I ordered a new card. Urgently get back to me, I shouldn’t have to wait hours on a phone when you’ve taken my money

Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote.   @AskNationwide It was a simple query. Some people can't even do simple tasks. Quit your job and let someone else do it that actually wants to help customers. I don't need to call up and give my blood group, star sign, favourite colour etc for you to tell me whether you use 1st or 2nd class mail

  @AskNationwide What's the point? It won't change anything. It would have been quicker to drive to my local branch where I could speak to someone face to face. Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....
