Hayley ❤️ (@HayleyWhite36) reported from Northamptonshire, England@AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

clare wood (@clare1181) reported from Northamptonshire, England@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

James Mesney (@j_mesney) reported@AskNationwide what the heck is going on? Your phone customer support drops calls claiming a “technical issue”. The banking app’s chat is in a death loop and isn’t working. The banking app isn’t showing details like standing orders. ETA for fixes? There’s no way to contact you.

Citizen Swift (@citizen_swift) reported@AskNationwide I can’t get to internet banking. It’s been blocked. Called again this morning and got someone but their system was down 🙃
-
Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?

Tango5 (@Tango5_sec) reported@SamaraAngelxoxo @AskNationwide Having the same issue 😩
