    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

    @AskNationwide Tryint to transfer money on app and being asked to use card reader. I have never had a card reader on my account. Is this the same IT update error which happened a few months ago. When is this being fixed?

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…
