@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

@AskNationwide thank you for the great service. You froze my card for online purchases because you thought a payment was fraudulent. It turned out that it wasn’t but you called me and unfroze it very promptly. Thank you. Very much appreciated

@AskNationwide my phone has been stolen on holiday and I’ve tried to tell your team by phone call but they’ve just transferred me to the main switchboard 3 times. I’ve not been able to get through and notify you of any risk of fraud. Please help

@AskNationwide Im not sure about an error, but it wouldnt allow him to view his balance or withdraw from either cash machines. I even transferred money and that didnt come up the money i sent.

@AskNationwide 2 days ago my transactions were declined. I called to be told no issue and later found out your system was playing up. Log on to banking app tonight to find that transaction that were declined have now been taken multiple times leaving my account £200 short 😤

@AskNationwide my dad (pensioner) gets paid today… he has been to 2 different machines 3x to withdraw his money to be told they cannot access his bank! I have covid and need to isolate and have no way of helping him! When is this going to be sorted?!

@AskNationwide Hi, I tried to make a payment to Tesco Mobile two days, but it didn't go through as my card wasn't authorised according to their website. But now according to my account there is 3 identical payments pending to Tesco Mobile. Is it possible to cancel these?
