@AskNationwide hiya, how long do I need to wait for money to be returned to my account from a pending transaction placed on 31st Jan for the Bodyshop at home? Do I need to contact consultant support for the refund or do you just do a ‘refund’ straight back into my account?

@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@Dominos_UK app broke, so they’ve taken £200 out of my account, said there’s nothing they can do and can’t issue a refund, @AskNationwide no help what so ever. raging. (and hungry)

@AskNationwide my card is being declined for no reason and I have been on hold on the phone for 20 minutes! Why do you block my card for no reason! I need it sorted not to sit on the phone for hours!

We now have water seeping through the kitchen wall! Our @AskNationwide home insurance said damage wouldn't be covered as we know there is a leak!! Which we are trying to get resolved, and their contractor made worse!! The stress this is causing is awful!

@AskNationwide I have bought food shopping today at my usual shop, there is no need to double check anything! Going to have to move banks after 10 years due to constant issues accessing my own money!
