    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide Your website is saying that services are running normally. This clearly isn't true as I've just looked through your tweets and there are a lot of people having the same issue. Please can you update us on what you're doing to fix it?

    @AskNationwide People are already frustrated with your systems constantly falling over when they need them. Continually replying with ‘we are unaware of issues’ whilst your feed is filling up with the same complaint is very poor. I know it’s bonfire night soon, but why add fuel to the fire?

    @AskNationwide please can you give an update as to when we will be able to transfer money - says “service unavailable” and 175 reports since 6am saying they have same issues? #unacceptable

    @AskNationwide making you aware there is an obvious issue with your app, I cannot transfer money between accounts and neither can a lot of others by the looks of Twitter.

    @AskNationwide When I go to do a transfer or make a payment it gets to the final screen, I press confirm and then it pauses like it’s busy, then I get an error message saying We’re having some technical difficulties please try again later
