@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

I’m now sat waiting stupidly not able to do as planned for today (Christmas stuff with family)…. With my money 😳 Maybe compensation is in order to your customers

@AskNationwide Here to HELP? Really? Well today we can't receive wages into #nationwide accounts. Truly and utterly useless service right before Christmas. I suspect you will be losing many loyal customers.
