@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@Rich76612852 @AskNationwide Sympathise. Their insurance service tonight left my 88 Yr old mum alone with water running from roof thru light fittings, so no lights/freezing. Now trying to get her to pay upfront because although she has adequate insurance she doesn't have optional Homecare cover?? Appalling!

@AskNationwide Hi I cannot login to the app on iPhone 12 Pro using iOS 15. It just sits there at the bit when “talking to nationwide” is this a known issue currently? I’m able to login via the website so I know my connection is okay

@AskNationwide Yes, it won’t let me log in it just loads no message no error, nothing wrong with my connection as I turned off my Wi-Fi and and tried that method it will not let me sign in??!

@AskNationwide what is happening with your app on ios. Problems logging in for months, you have just released update, now even worse. Seriously considering moving banks.
