I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

Suddenly starts working again & then stops again after couple of transactions. Same thing happened 2 years ago. The fault is at your end, please fix.

You just told me that you will be reducing my interest rate on an e-account! Because I've done too many transfers from it! I WOULDN'T MIND BUT THE INTEREST RATE IS 💩, SO GUESS WHAT, NO MORE NW!

Jane Wilson (@wil53907337) reported@AskNationwide I have looked at documents that go back to 1980’s 1950’s ( Hastings & Thanet). If Nationwide refuse access to disability money that is theft with harassment breach of Equality Act 2010 Human Rights Act Articles 3, 5&8. It will look bad in Court.

Lynsey Beall (@LynseyBeall1) reported@AskNationwide disappointed to still have no bank card despite switching over last month. Bills due tomorrow. Was told ‘is there anyone who can help you out?’. Not really the point. Meant to be a seamless transition. Late payment fees need covered.
