    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide Is there a problem with online banking and card readers today? On my app it keeps saying it's the wrong code. Now on the website no code comes up at all on the card reader

    @AskNationwide thank you for quite literally the worst experience on your Mobile Phone Insurance policy. Your agent is inept and deliberately dragging your name down. Fix this please, taking over a week to replace a lost phone is criminal.... 😡

    @AskNationwide Nothing personal,but some of your banking practices are extreme to say the least!So embarrassing for me, as a customer of yours, unable to pay a friend for something I have legitimately bought. None of you business what it was. Santander came to the rescue thankfully. #nationwide

    @jonburkeUK @sebdunnett @AskNationwide If you have biometric login you don't need the card reader on a regular basis. All card readers are the same anyway, so if you already have one you won't need a new one.
