    @AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

    @AskNationwide If my wife opened a 1 year Triple Access Online Saver 12 account in early February this year at 0.45%pa, why on earth does she have to apply for another new identical account to take advantage of the new 0.7% now on offer ? They're not Fixed Rate Bonds ???

    @AskNationwide Hi my current account is set to close on Monday 4th April. I have used the current account switch service to do this. I’m expecting a payment from my old employer this Friday however if it’s late or they pay my closed nationwide account what happens ?

    @benmcfc @AskNationwide haha yeah, I wonder if thats gonna be an issue with some of them. By all accounts though my mortgage should be paid off and has been for 2021 years!

    It's sad that it's taken @AskNationwide 1 day to destroy a reputation that they had built with me for 10 years. Just shocking how bad their customer service has gotten lately. Time to look elsewhere.

    @AskNationwide six weeks after providing POA docs my brother still has no access to manage my dying mother’s finances. She has DAYS left to live. Even branch staff think the circuitous catch22 red tape is crazy. This needs *urgent* care and attention and immediate resolution.
