    @AskNationwide Thank you Jo, I am presume you would allow a coin deposit if a customer was to go overdrawn, rather than refusing the coins if the exact denomination on the money bag is not achieved.

    @AskNationwide Firstly, DON'T address me by my Christian/first name, I'm a customer & not one of your mates. Secondly, when I get the chance, I'll call into our branch, as I don't intend wasting money on phone calls & it's never convenient or helpful when any of Nationwide's team calls.

    @AskNationwide It's not unusual activity though. Once again. I have recurring payments with a company. I have lost access to my account and they are not helping so I want to block any future payments. I don't understand why this is so complicated

    Typical!! Not only get mugged over by @viagogo but then @AskNationwide then give you the run a round!! Tell you to do one thing and actually do the complete opposite. Why is getting help so bloody difficult!!
