@AskNationwide @MartinSLewis Great rates for NW accounts BUT have you noticed the TERRIBLE reviews on Trustpilot recently - rating of 1.7 from 3,500+. The only shining light is the shops - which I can attest to, the Kingston one was lovely - but then I have not had a problem YET!

@deec_101010 @MoneySavingExp The only reason I moved was the @AskNationwide letter stating benefits were ending and I should consider if I wanted to remain a customer! Thanks for the prompt as I had completely forgotten, but will be back in a year or two for more.

Not for nothing, I was able to contact, report and resolve the same issue with @AskNationwide WHILE ON HOLD WITH YOU. I've been with HSBC for 26 years - not sure for how much longer after today.

@AskNationwide My main & ONLY account has been “under review” for almost 2 weeks. How is this possible during the Christmas period. I haven’t had money for a long time because of this issue. Every time I contact somebody, I am not given a clear answer. I have been in tears!
