  My Mum passed away at the end of last month and trying to sort her financial affairs. I thought I'd closed her Bank account with @AskNationwide on the 9th July and was told I should hear from them in ten working days but heard nothing. 1/2

  @LloydsBank with increased profits at the expense of customers. Their corp direction belittles customer issues to "complaint or stfu". Just money grabbing and not sharing profits We're off to town shortly to open a new account with @AskNationwide and in a month move two more.

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though
