Andy White (@andytwhite) reported@AskNationwide mobile phone insurance is awful. The insurance company they use won’t let you get your phone repaired at an Apple store. First time I’ve tried to claim in over 10 years and they won’t pay out. They agreed the policy document is also “misleading”. Awful service.
