@AskNationwide I've done all of that and the app won't work. Everytime I open the app it begins to load the passnumber screen then tells me it's experiencing a technical problem. I cannot bank on my phone at all.

@AskNationwide have been trying to use my debit card online this evening and it's being declined. Your customer service closes at 6PM?? What's going on? Not even a notification to say theres a block on my card or anything!
