Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. Time to move banks.

  @AskNationwide 45 minutes on the phone, assured my issue was resolved. Came off the phone, it happened again. Now been waiting an hour and a half on live chat. Not best pleased with such poor service.

  @AskNationwide Good morning. When the email is sent saying "we've popped you a new card in the post", is that sent as soon as it goes to the postal service or when the post is due for delivery and do you send First Class or Second Class please? Thanks.
