    @AskNationwide users can't currently receive or send any money from any other banks. Now it seems @firstdirect customers can't view their accounts on the mobile banking app. Are you having any UK banking problems today? #downdetector #ChristmasShopping #MerryChristmas

    @AskNationwide Another example of poor comms is your app notice: "You are currently unable to make outgoing payments". No. YOU are unable to make outgoing payments from my account. This is on you. "Everything else is working normally" means nothing if funds are not entering or leaving my a/c!

    @Tcm1805 @jonnyfinn7783 @AskNationwide My money goes in via bacs so praying 🙏🏻 I mean they haven’t mentioned this on their site, it would save a lot of people stress if they just confirmed bacs is ok. Not good for the people who aren’t bacs like!
