@AskNationwide I called UK insurance for a medical upgrade for my flexplus holiday insurance. I've had no email to accept/pay the upgrade and I can't login the portal to do it either. Do I really have to wait half hour on the phone again to sort this?

@AskNationwide "Here to fleece you during the pandemic" judging by ridiculous surge in half year profits just posted. For the members, who you kidding. Customer Service and savings rates slashed. Clearly reflected in these obscene profits. Absolutely obscene and no doubt bumper bonuses for SMT!
