    @AskNationwide mobile phone insurance is awful. The insurance company they use won’t let you get your phone repaired at an Apple store. First time I’ve tried to claim in over 10 years and they won’t pay out. They agreed the policy document is also “misleading”. Awful service.

    Please help my son-in-law out @AskNationwide on hold for half an hour twice only for call to be dropped. Urgent matter with new account issues, please suggest alternative method to speak to sales team/ new account set up.

    @AskNationwide Yes I get a pop up says there is a technical problem and to try again or check the service availability but when I check the website says that it is all services are working. I have been using my card with no trouble

    @AskNationwide Hi Amy, no I've been through all this already. It doesn't need updating and neither does my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app too and that didn't help.

    @AskNationwide hi, yesterday I made an order from argos, they payment has been processed but in my bank pending transactions there is another amount of 129.95 to come out. What can I do here? Or is it a visual error on the app?

    @AskNationwide No that is now not working just getting a technical error message now but I have managed to get logged back in to the app. Just a bit disappointed that I cannot seem to use this service as I travel a lot

    @AskNationwide I'm already here. I've probably encouraged dozens to switch over - and I never ever received an incentive payment. I would happily receive the incentive payment now despite already being a customer due to my free promotion. I'm new to the influencer lark.
