@AskNationwide I’ve done a complaint. I am but has restrictions. My mum has spoken to nationwide giving full access. I’ve got 3rd but still won’t give me just a balance on the account so I can pass to her benefits as they been stopped. I’ve waited for a week for a statement been sent home

@AskNationwide Hi, I received a replacement debit card today as the contactless chip stopped working on the previous one. The new card has a different 16 digit number. I thought replacements due to expiry/damage kept same number. Is this not right?

@AskNationwide Good morning. I keep having issues with paying by card. Declined this AM again at the local garage, I have funds, wouldn't even allow me cash out the machine. How embarrassing. Not the first time this has happened both me and my partners cards...
