@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

Ohhh the irony.... saw an advert last night from @AskNationwide saying they will help people with the cost of living crisis. This is a supposed mutual who are stealing peoples savings via low IRs/Inflation to prop up the insane house prices they have helped inflate #Fraud IMHO

They obviously have no defence for poor customer service, nor do they care. Complaint response overdue from @AskNationwide Complaint submitted to @NatWest_Help today, see what happens
