I’ve been a customer for over 15 years but finally closed my @AskNationwide account due to the awful adverts, from the singing sisters, the preaching poetry, the patronising monologues along with the interest rates for existing savers, it’s obviously I’m not their target customer

@AskNationwide I was chatting to your colleague earlier see above thread, my internet banking was telling me you had a tech error, I’ve just tried to make some purchases on trainline and it asked me to verify via card reader it was rejecting the codes it was spitting out, it tried app instead..
