    @AskNationwide Why is my app asking for a PIN when I use Biometrics. At what point did you decide that my authentication method needs to change to login, at 1:20am, when I have NO IDEA WHERE MY CARD READER IS!.

    @bethanroberts @AskNationwide I lived in that London for about 15 years. A few months ago in an idle moment I looked at rental prices in my old neighbourhood. The flat I paid 45% of my salary for is now FIVE times the price; the salary for that job has only risen by 40%. It’s impossible.

    @AskNationwide Please do so. I’ve now spent almost an hour trying to find out about a mortgage application where the last update from Nationwide was 19th May. Tried Broker Chat before phoning but that took me down a cul de sac. Now have another appointment so have got absolutely nowhere.
