    @AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

    @AskNationwide Calling means being on hold for 40mins to speak to someone who can't tell me what the problem is and it costs me more than £10 for the call. That is pretty far removed from customer satisfaction.

    @AskNationwide Hi craig, I have solved the issue by taking a chance on the overiding the http message from chrome and selecting to see the next stage. The point here really is that had this not been a NW link then I may have been in a position where I could have lost my bank accounts.

    @AskNationwide They have asked a member of the mortgage team to contact me in the morning as they could not see what the problem was. I was originally asked to call the mortgage team tomorrow, but today I was on hold for 30mins and then got no useful answers, so hopefully I will hear tomorrow

    @AskNationwide Hi Laura. Other browsers which are not as harsh as chrome is. All allow me to see the site and my email result but they all suggest its not secure!(thankfully i know what to check). I'd argue Chrome is being correct since http does not encrypt the exchange.

    @AskNationwide trying to get in touch with you on the phone or website is an appalling experience. The “send message” button doesn’t work so I tried calling, got forwarded to 3 different departments over 50 minutes and the last one cut off
