@AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

So that’s the @AskNationwide flex plus and credit card accounts closing - their bad customer service made me realise there are better accounts - @VirginMoney account not only gives you a better insurance cover (travel/phone/tablets/AirPods etc) - but they also pay interest 👋

@AskNationwide Hi. Yes I’ve actually managed to find it and I’ve been able to login with that. But the issues with the login are definitely a concern for me as it should send me an SMS normally. Perhaps Nationwide could look into that please But thanks for your help.

@AskNationwide Hi Craig. I’ve spent some 5 hours on the phone, been in branch, made a complaint. All I need is a letter admitting the error and that you’re removing it. But no one wants to do this. My property purchase is about to fall through as a result.

@AskNationwide is there an issue with payments, iv tried to pay bills, do a food shop online and I keep getting a declined message, there are sufficient funds in my account.

@AskNationwide I would love to do this, however, twice I have tried this, over an hour in total wasted and no further forward. The second time I even got cut off the second time. Worst customer service I have ever had from Nationwide.
