    @ChasQbe @MelBradley79 @AskNationwide Think ahead u say? What do u expect people to do exactly? People are waiting 9n their wages, their pensions, money sent from relatives to help. It would help not saying things like that. This isnt our fault. It's the banks

    FYI, just spoke to @AskNationwide on the phone after 6 hours trying. They can’t do anything, my payment going in has been rejected and it’s going to take up to 5 working days for the company who paid me to try again. So that’s Christmas ruined… they can’t do anything about it.

    @AskNationwide Joke all your lines closed no but can take money out but not put it in you'd think if u knew that 4 days before Xmas you would've cancelled them outgoing payments because it is your fault but no leave us with nothing except a complaints form that takes 5 working days to answer
