    @AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

    Wow! @AskNationwide are prepared to let me leave as a customer over this issue because they won't admit there is any fault on their side. At least NatWest offered me a solution. Absolutely disgraceful.

    .@AskNationwide will only talk to the vendor. I'm not the vendor. @AwesomeMerch will not talk to Nationwide visa help desk. I am down £125 and no one is willing to help me. **** both of them. They're both losing my custom over this.

    @AskNationwide Does anyone remember when Nationwide had at least a month when no technical issues alarmed members? I think you've broken the Seal of Trust with your members. Cannot wait for the AGM.

    @AskNationwide The Direct Debit Guarantee protects customers from payments taken in error. In the case of any incorrect or fraudulent payments, the payer is entitled to a full and immediate refund from their bank. 4/

    Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

    @sofee_ Same mate - I managed to get the branch to speak to head office who admitted there is an ongoing problem - with NatWest in particular - the bank gave me the money from there error funds until it arrived today. @AskNationwide have been shown to have not been upfront about it 🤥

    @AskNationwide I have had a call with a very callous supervisor. I think you have lost a customer. I am going into the branch to discuss my future next week. I cannot possibly recommend your institution to anyone from now on. Your institution's customer-facing attitude stinks.
