    @AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

    @AskNationwide Hi, I'm a new member. I am waiting for a BACs payment to arrive, it should have been in my account yesterday morning but still not there, presently it has been 4 working days! Checked with employer, everything ok their end. Any advice? Thanks

    @AskNationwide iPhone and it’s just been updated to the latest iOS and was told it would work. Still not working. Funny how my new bank app is working and they’ve not had a problem. Just nationwide leaving customers high and dry. Three weeks now.

    @katywarburton @AskNationwide It also happen my account for 2month and I tried contacting support service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with @Recoverycenter6 on Twitter they were the one who got me back into my account they will help you with your account

    @AskNationwide I have already logged a complaint through my mortgage broker however the issue is still yet to be resolved we are getting pushed from pillar to post each day it's unacceptable to be receiving this kind of service. Thanks for your assistance though

    @AskNationwide It’s a PC. I typed your address directly into the browser. I was able to log in entering the pass number, it’s just when I try to update my details.

    @AskNationwide Poor reply from Nationwide. No help from Nationwide because it was a contactless payment with no receipt offered. No help from NCP. I’m stuck in the middle. Memo to self. No contactless payments and consideration to close all my Nationwide accounts. Disappointing customer care.

    @AskNationwide Hi Ashley thanks for the reply, on the previous occasions I have spoken to someone they have told me my application is due to be reviewed the following day however it never has been, I’m about to lose my house purchase because of this, no help for a loyal customer
