    @AskNationwide I needed to send a secure message and got 'Arti' instead. 49 hours later I'm still waiting for a reply! I phone you and, after passing security and pressing lots of buttons got, "Our offices are now closed". No information of how to contact NW these days. It's rotten service now!

    Someone from @AskNationwide tried to phone me today to discuss my complaint about accessibility. My complaint was that I am unable to access some Nationwide services because I can't make phone calls.

    @AskNationwide I did access it. ARTI didn't understand my question and 2 days after I left a message using 'Chat' I got a live message from someone saying they didn't have my original message! Lucky I copied and save it. I'll write using Royal Mail in future!

    @AskNationwide @BettyLhaschnoo Sarah. We can DM you the address of the property directly and you can then call the buyers TODAY and expediate this TODAY. They have been told this appalling delay is down to people working from home due to Covid:19. Diabolical excuse for lazy customer service.
