Master P (@mchu5pwp) reported@AskNationwide I wanted to raise a formal complaint. I cannot change the payment ref for a saved Payee on the mobile app, but was told I can do this via your website. On the website I cannot do this unless I amend the Payee which then needs the card reader. This is madness.

I had two staff members put the phone down on me simply because I wanted to withdraw my funds from savings, they DEMANDED to know why and I told them that was private. They wouldn’t allow it, outrageous, what happened to customer service?
