@AskNationwide I'me considering moving our accounts as I'me so dissallusioned with Nationwide customer service in the branches they seem uninterested and just that they can't be bothered to give you the service you expect,or is that just the one I was served by in the Sutton Low Street branch?

@AskNationwide Nationwide is not here to help. When you have elderly relatives whom English is not there nature language try to arrange to change a sole account to a join account, so that they can recieve the time limited rebate for fuel as the council tax is in both names.

@AskNationwide unable to do anything on web browser/app "Sorry, we're unable to show you all your account info at the moment. This also means you’ll be unable to make payments from some accounts. We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as we can" any eta on this?
