    @Rich76612852 @AskNationwide Sympathise. Their insurance service tonight left my 88 Yr old mum alone with water running from roof thru light fittings, so no lights/freezing. Now trying to get her to pay upfront because although she has adequate insurance she doesn't have optional Homecare cover?? Appalling!

    @AskNationwide I would warn everyone away from using your mortgage services. I currently use you yet seeking my house for health reasons and been declined to port mortgage due to a financial risk when it’s a lower mortgage I’ve gone for. Service is a joke

    @AskNationwide Nope that hasn’t worked either .. I’m on iOS 15 beta testing but never had an issue with it till tonight

    @AskNationwide my banking app no longer works since yesterdays update! Just says talking to nationwide and doesn’t do anything else. I see lots of reports online with the same issues - how long will it take to sort?

    @AskNationwide We phoned it they put her thru each time to Homecare CET. NOT a Homecare issue. Should be dealt with under her Buildings cover. Not left alone frightened, no lights/freezing, & being forced to pay upfront just because she doesn't have optional Homecare cover. Why pay insurance???
