@AskNationwide I've looked into what you said. Realme have just released the beta UI V3 update on 16th December. It is not rolled out to my device yet. However all my other banking apps work fine. Which begs the question, why is NW app causing problems with realme UI v2?!

@AskNationwide FYI, your online current account origination page isn’t working. Tried on 2 separate devices, I get past the soft credit check and am offered a FlexDirect account, but the Apply button does nothing.

Very sorry to see @AskNationwide has removed Secure Messages option. Was a simple, quick way to raise account specific issues, at time of my convenience, and get answer a day or so later. NOT going to ring them up at their convenience, go through tedious security after holding.

@AskNationwide absolutely disgusted by your customer service dealing with errors made on your side with my widowed mother. Bereavement is really tough, made harder by your refusal to deal with a problem swiftly and disallowing access to cash for 2 days. @BBCWatchdog #incompetent

@AskNationwide I just don’t understand while you have one person behind the counter another, unmasked, is running up and down the queue instead of opening another counter! And to stop the queue snaking out outside in the cold we were huddled inside which is really not the action needed in a pan
