Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

If I were in a life/death situation while traveling, @AskNationwide would let me die. App is ancient, the dependence on the card reader is insane, no way to call me quickly on a non-UK no. as I can't call them, no way to login to the site without my UK SIM. 24 hours wait to call!

@AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

@AskNationwide Hello Nationwide, I was in the process of making a savings account and i was logging into my account for the first time when it asked me for my customer number and DOB. When i entered my DOB it said it didnt match, Is there any way to fix this ?
