Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

@AskNationwide Are there issues with Nationwide payments? I have tried to use all of my nationwide cards tonight to make a purchase and they have all been declined?

@AskNationwide None of those right now. It's far too hot to eat ice. It will just give colic pain and cramps. Cool drinks, but not ice cold, sipped regularly, not gulped down, is how to stay hydrated. #sensibleheatadvice

@AskNationwide Really unhappy how #nationwidemortgage is mishandling my application. They sat on it for 1.5 months asking for documents already provided and now my product reservation is expiring and they are telling me to re-appy? I‘m not losing my rates cause of their error!

After just switching to @AskNationwide I’m very disappointed with the out dated website and app. Was hoping for good things but found myself switching to a better company.

@AskNationwide I appreciate this but there is urgency due to Product expiry dates. I cannot afford to lose my rates due to Admin Team not reviewing documents in their possession properly or in timely manner. This is not a service I was expecting to get from #NationwideBuildingSociety

@AskNationwide I don't want to pay for football. Help the poor by offering a basic account and lowering charges.

@AskNationwide Hi Marcus, my very 2st tweet mentions wording in the article which links in with colloquial wording on the website. I think the relevant dept can see how blurry the advice is. You said £25 poss, the website says 'up to £125 for members' ?
