Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

@AskNationwide And are you able to confirm - I am asking to fix my mortgage with you - that I have had with you for 9 years. Is it mandatory for me to have Life Insurance or Critical Illness cover for me to do this with Nationwide?

@AskNationwide I have a @vinted account and told the payments from that account to my bank account will take up to 5 working days. I withdrew the funds on Friday, they say I should have them by this Friday! 7 days! Does the banking system ‘stop’ during weekends?

@AskNationwide on hold waiting to get through to your mortgage team for over 45 minutes and counting, after they have made another error in processing my mortgage application. Horrendous service.

@AskNationwide My daughter's experience of trying to get a first time mortgage from you over the last few weeks would demonstrate otherwise. Your staff and application process effectively discriminate against NHS doctors - shocking. Even trying to raising a formal complaint has been impossible

Not really sure what’s changed in the last 2 weeks @AskNationwide but trying to pay for anything even after confirming it’s me in the app is becoming impossible! Appreciate the extra layer to protect your customers but there are times I need to actually pay for goods!!!

@AskNationwide @TerryStock8 "Everyone feels comfortable to be who they are"? Without question? So you would have no problem employing men with a history of violent abuse against women & children?
