Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide I was affected twice by your systems going down and missed bill payments because of the money I needed to pay them not going into my account and had to pay late fees I couldn't afford ontop of them for being late. Why am I not included in the £60 compensation?

@AskNationwide Not sure how much is to investigate payment was late going in due to systems which is obviously your issue and we were lucky to borrow from family for food shopping for our children
