    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    @AskNationwide I need some help with the account switch service your leaflet clearly states if I change my mind I have 7 days from the date of the switch but I have called to delay it today and been told it cannot be delayed & I cannot speak to anyone about this!

    @AskNationwide Recommend that you do not use Nationwide credit card for on-line transactions. Credit card frequently locked and Nationwide is slow to unlock the card

    @AskNationwide So I was given the wrong number. Waisted 45 minutes in branch to tell me that I have to do it myself online and the number ( wrong one) is their for support on how to do it. Do you think that is right ?

    @AskNationwide @NationwidePress please let your IT team know: Your HTML email has broken images. It looks like you're trying to load insecurely (i.e., http not content no longer permitted by most browsers. And rightly so. Please ensure even metadata is encrypted.
