@AskNationwide My daughter's experience of trying to get a first time mortgage from you over the last few weeks would demonstrate otherwise. Your staff and application process effectively discriminate against NHS doctors - shocking. Even trying to raising a formal complaint has been impossible

@AskNationwide Thank you for forwarding the issue, but can this please be followed up internally as an unacceptable customer support experience? It is unbelievable rude to repeatedly insist I am the one at fault, especially when I am doing nationwide a favour by logging this.
