I would really rather not have to change banks at my time of life, but I also would rather not have a bank whose social media account polices people's comments.

@AskNationwide is Nationwide having system issues? Can't access my online payments and been waiting nearly 30mins on customer service call. It makes sense why all my friends have left Nationwide and gone to other banks
