Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

Since 8am @AskNationwide has not been working.I can’t get to my money u thieving cretins.I called serveral times as u did not put up a warning that ur systems were down.That warning only went up after 12pm. U said that systems will be normal by 2pm. It’s now 5.09pm #nationwide 🤬

@AskNationwide does the current payment problem include wages not being paid when sent? Do you not think an email to all customers is worthwhile given it’s so close to Christmas and the bank holidays next week will affect outgoing payments?
