Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

It’s really disappointing that NATIONWIDE BUILDING SOCIETY @AskNationwide still remains one of the very few banking organisations that persists in staying closed on a Saturday when we are not at work - not a good service and it’s time for me and family to change banks I’m afraid

@AskNationwide I have checked on the web and the nearest is Durham City which closes at 12noon - it’s a 10 mile round trip with parking & fuel to pay on top - my local branch is less than a mile a way with free parking - this is a constant and likely ongoing problem so we’ll be closing!
