Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide Having trouble setting up a new payee. I'm using the card reader and as soon as I confirm the code I get a technical error on the app and website. What's going on?
