    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide What is the problem. Do you actually know? Very worrying these constant problems. Can't help think it's part of cost cutting on systems that's gone wrong.     @AskNationwide Absolutely shocking third time within a few weeks. Called into Bromley branch and they were unaware of the problem! You took away my free travel insurance and now with this shambolic service I will be moving banks this year.

    @mrs_coyle @AskNationwide They definitely need to fix it. Seen in the news some folk were left without cash just before Christmas because of the 'payments issue'. And to have it happen 3 times in less than 2 weeks is taking the mick.

    @AskNationwide Looking at the number of vulnerable customers on here not receiving PIP payments for example i think you need a priority database to support them to make sure they are at the top of the queue when due incoming payments. Some need it more than others and should be prioritised.
