    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide Then when raising a complaint about this, I’ve had a snotty woman try and fob me off with £50 and no explanation of how your bank is going to fix this. Your bank says it takes fraud seriously, but from what I’ve seen it’s a joke.

    Had to deal with @AskNationwide building society - what a nightmare - maybe the rudest call agents I have ever dealt with.. each one I talked to seemed to get worse, awful.

    @AskNationwide I've called to speak with someone about upgrading my account and no answer. Then yesterday after my 5th attempt I got through to someone who then left me on hold for over 15 minutes. I then go to a branch who tell me it can only be done by phone. 😩 #help

    @AskNationwide My husband @DeanStoakes as we need some good luck these days, not been a good few months and if it could make his day easier, I’m all for it ( and I’ve been a Nationwide customer for coming up to 40 yrs)
