    @AskNationwide Please do, I may come back in 2 years time when you consider me a new customer again to get a competitive interest rate. But the adverts make us reach for the mute button, we know it’s for you before the logo appears and it’s never because it’s entertaining its just preaching

    @AskNationwide Trying to adjust credit limit. Both online and app took me through whole process then stopped with message of currently experiencing technical difficulties. No option on phone. Kept on hold then redirected to number I was on! Very poor service!
