@AskNationwide hello, I'm trying to use your mortgage switching service online (existing customer switching to new deal) but the system appears to be down; any idea when it's meant to be back up and running again please? Thanks

@AskNationwide I just opened a FlexBasic account and saw today (after using my card in error) my account was showing -£5.10. I quickly transfered £10 in to bring it back over zero, but a) will I be charged for this and b) can I turn that off so I can't go overdrawn? Thanks.

@AskNationwide. My contactless has stopped working. What is the simplest way to order a new card. Could not see an option on the app.

@AskNationwide Hi Libby, thank you for your response. But how does yesterday’s confirmation of ‘money will be with you by 5pm’ change to this mornings response of ‘sorry will take 3-5 working days as it’s in transit’. Usually processes progress forward, unless you work on a backwards method?

@AskNationwide I have not used that for years, I would to work out how to log in again. You really should get such basic functionality on the mobile app. A lot of people do not even own computers these days and rely on mobile devices.

@AskNationwide we've posed the question and your respnse has been 'no wrongdoing' by merchant who failed to supply service? Your bias towards a rogue merchant is baffling, unacceptable and daft. Anyone with their card should just scrap it, they are on the side of rogues!!

@AskNationwide why do you add complaints to resolved complaints after the fact that have been agreed, and without knowledge to the customer. Is it to make yourselves look good and say less complaints. Fraud or what
