  @AskNationwide I know they will be made today but I was after an eta which obviously isn’t known. I was also making the point of it being too regular of a problem for me to want to continue banking with you.

  @AskNationwide Via the Amex app and also Sainsburys online banking. Gets to the verification screen (with the Nationwide logo) each time and freezes. One suspects it’s not an issue with either of the two CC providers as it seems unlikely that both would be having the same problem.

  It has come to our attention that a pigeon is trapped behind netting at @AskNationwide in Leighton Buzzard. They refuse to do anything to help yet are aware a bird is in distress. Guess another call to the fire brigade may be in order. Shame on you #NationwideBuildingSociety

  @AskNationwide I have called 4 times and spent over an hour being passed around on the phone just to be cut off every time. That is awful

  Hi @AskNationwide my son has a current acc with you, he’s going to Uni so has applied for a student account online. Paperwork has come today (dated 15th April!) but has a couple of errors on it. The form only says to sign if correct! Please advise what he needs to do. Thank you

  @AskNationwide absolutely appalling service from #Nationwide building society. Over 45 minutes wasted trying to update an address with no success! Terrible customer service. Will take my custom elsewhere #fail
