@AskNationwide hello, I'm trying to use your mortgage switching service online (existing customer switching to new deal) but the system appears to be down; any idea when it's meant to be back up and running again please? Thanks

@AskNationwide Hi Jamie, there can’t be a block on the card as I’ve just done another online order with another business and that worked fine 🤔

@AskNationwide Hi Roxy, yes I've been applying from my internet banking account. I've tried on 2 browsers on PC, 2 browsers on iOS and from the redirect from the mobile app with no luck. The error comes after I enter my personal/address details

@AskNationwide What if I had one of these products in the last 12 months but closed it down. Would you still class me as new if I opened one again tomorrow?

Hi @AskNationwide. I just tried to use my debit card and neither the contactless nor the chip and pin would work. It was working fine yesterday...are there any issues?

@AskNationwide Maybe you need to find out the relative information and relay it to your customers rather than just passing the book. I’m a nationwide paying customer and you supplied the insurance as part of a fee paying account. I don’t think it’s unreasonable for me to ask you to find out

@AskNationwide I don't want to talk to a bank who hires staff that don't give a f**k about their customers. He focused on my swearing rather than the issue. I'm acottish. We swear when we upset. My favourite word is "f**k". You've caused emotional stress as well as financial.

@AskNationwide Hi. I have been charged an Arranged Overdraft Interest today, even though I haven’t been in my overdraft since 21/7. My last charges were paid on 26/7 so it doesn’t look like it was because it was over a partial month. Could you help clarify please?
