    @AskNationwide it would be great if you could add a feature to the app/website to pay a saved paye but change the payment reference! In order to do this you currently need to add a new payee and therefore use the card reader which is a faff

    @AskNationwide No thx. Just letting you know that you've still got IT issues relating to your payments in/out system problems and you should pass this on to your IT dept. I'm sure MIL isn't the only Nationwide customer affected.

    @MNicholls85 @AskNationwide They’re struggling to accept there is an issue. I highly doubt any other banks customers have a faster payment system which takes over 2 hours to receive the money.

    @AskNationwide Kiri-Ann in your complaints team say this can only be dealt with via the 'chat' function on your website. I now have to repeat myself to yet another team as no-one in your organisation are able to direct enquiries properly.
