Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

@AskNationwide - I got to it after touching the ‘help’ button online. It did seem to be genuine and their second email to me had the nationwide ‘logo’ on the page which looked genuine. I haven’t lost money from my account do far!

@AskNationwide hi wonder if you can help. I have a weekly standing order set up from my tsb account to a nationwide account for my daughter. My bank has advised me that this weeks payment was returned with the reason given as: Returned Transaction. Can you help?

@AskNationwide are you aware of technical issues with online banking and mobile app. App seems to suggest current and savings accounts have been removed? Cannot access them through online banking either

@AskNationwide I raised complaints on 6th & 7th jan 22 with rory maton feline & emma greenwood both showed there ignorance of EA2010 DPA & GDPR 2018 both lied in the call which i have a recording of! Need a call from head of legal today in accordance with S29 P7 EA2010 your website says 3 days

@AskNationwide trying to sort Flexplus travel ins. Can’t get through and amended and paid for age upgrade in line.was sent email for login to read policy and now doesn’t recognise my login! Can’t sign in and getting fed uo!
