@AskNationwide hello, I'm trying to use your mortgage switching service online (existing customer switching to new deal) but the system appears to be down; any idea when it's meant to be back up and running again please? Thanks

Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

@AskNationwide I know they will be made today but I was after an eta which obviously isn’t known. I was also making the point of it being too regular of a problem for me to want to continue banking with you.

@AskNationwide Instead I was fobbed off by your representative on the webchat and told that payments usually take 2h to clear - clearly not the issue here. I was only told about the delay with standing orders when I mentioned the mobile app alert. 2/2
