    @AskNationwide can someone please get in touch my OAP mother is stranded crying at the side of the road trying to get through to your road side assistance. But can’t get through to a human being. She keeps being told her info is incorrect on your automated system. #help

    @AskNationwide @monzo ... I have subsequently, deleted your App, rebooted my iPhone (power cycle) and re-installed your App - set up access to my accounts again and now it works! There is clearly an issue - may I suggest it is your App's management of security token exchange :)
