    @AskNationwide I’m a student I’ve been waiting on sfe from January nationwide keeps rejecting therefore I’m in rent errors etc I haven’t had money for food from January I call nationwide everyday till today nothing is resolved they act like they’re but really they don’t care

    C’mon @AskNationwide. Cannot get through on the phone. Your social media team say they’ll help, but ultimately pass me to automated system. Which cannot help. Then get online chat. Which cannot help. And everyone refuses to call me. Just trying to transfer an ISA. To you!

    @AskNationwide great building society but do not touch their home insurance with a barge pole. Went up every year and now I’ve moved trying to charge me over £70!!! Poor customer service luckily I never had a claim!!
