@AskNationwide No problem with my Wifi. In any case verification code comes by phone not email. Just up to 10 hours later. On several occasions now.

@AskNationwide Thank you but I have no access to the account via internet banking as you’ve conveniently removed this as it’s going through a transfer to another bank, there lies my problem you did zero to sort this when I asked this on the phone yesterday
