@AskNationwide Towards the end of next week I need to make a payment of just under £7k to British Gas for the central heating system they're installing for me. Will I have any issues paying this by debit card? Not sure if there would be any security measures due to the amount.

@hillsy @AskNationwide In Germany, there's Kelber's Law - "Whenever something reasonable is claimed to be impossible due to data protection reasons, it is NOT due to data protection reasons." There should be a similar law for IT security, I think. (U. Kelber is the federal data protection commissioner)

@AskNationwide Thank you, I’ve managed at last to register and pay for the age upgrade. I’m now having trouble logging back in to view my policy. I’ve asked to reset the password - not successfully as yet. I’ll try again and come back to you if there’s a further problem

@GCHQ @CIA @AskNationwide I know for a fact that the Nationwide app does this, I updated to iOS 14 which shows when an app has pasted from your clipboard and it did where does it go? Some government AWS server? No such thing as privacy anymore is there. You can read our thoughts.
