    @AskNationwide I’ve never come across a bank that always fails or always down, banking supposed to be easier especially for the vulnerable, your services are terrible trading to transfer money is a nightmare I will be looking at another provider if u don’t sort it out

    @AskNationwide "make a budget" is not help. It's just saying only spend what you have. Which is basic logic. I'm So tired of banks and building societies telling us how to spend or how to save. Stick to keeping what little money we have, safe. Keep your "cook bulk meals" suggestions to yaself

    @AskNationwide I would like to complain strongly and would like this investigated further. The online chat could not deal with my query and asked me to call a number. The guy on the number could not answer my query and put me on hold for 40mins. Then hung up. Dreadful service.

    @AskNationwide Hi Faith, I called & was told No1 could help me until Monday at 8am. They said as it was not lost/stolen but most likely a block. I have no access to my funds & I have no idea why.

    @AskNationwide Phoned Nationwide this morning to help with an account opening issue. Spoke to two agents got through quickly both times. They were informative and put me at ease rectifying the issue with minimum fuss Great service!
