@AmazonHelp You need to look at how your recurring payments system talks to @AskNationwide. They told me you are not sending the request over a secure channel but your support staff flatly refuse to believe this. I can buy items but can't pay this!!

@AskNationwide How is it that I have to verify payments on Just Eat (via app or card reader), but I just paid for a new kitchen tap and it went through with no issues? Nice to know big expenses aren’t counted as potential fraud, but buying a pizza is.

And don’t bother sending a DM to @AskNationwide when they ask you to as they can’t help and tell you to log a complaint which takes 5 working days to be dealt with! 3 weeks it has taken them so far for an account closure which is still ongoing #nohelp

@Linzellen83 @AskNationwide The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Farahs_tools for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.
