@AskNationwide mortgages have let me down. They have strung out the process of porting my mortgage for so long, that I’m about to lose my existing mortgage rate and lose a lot of money to them. As a busy working GP and single mum #disappointed

@AskNationwide still no sign of interest increases to savings accounts, you increase mortgate rates quick enough tho! Still no increases since at least the last 2 BoE rises, why is that? Don’t respond with “you’re working on it” because so far you haven’t worked on anything!

@AskNationwide They can't ever help, say they don't know why. It now says the statement is done (4 days late) but isn't anywhere to be seen. I'll just stop using it as you are making it impossible to manage. Thanks for being so good @NatWest_Help I might even switch my current account to you.

@AskNationwide thank you, but that means it's only 10 days or less, so not very customer friendly. Sad to say but the banking system is not fit for purpose in the 21st century.

@AskNationwide Hi, is there an app issue? I'm not able to get in. I've restarted and made sure there aren't any updates but still unable to access via the app.

@TriciaHPH @AskNationwide Agree NW follow market trends by increasing mortgages rates quicker than any other lender, but SLOW to raise saver rates.
