@AskNationwide I’ve already logged a complaint 7 days ago to disputes who said I would get a response in 3-5 days but because I didn’t get a response from you I’ve tried phoning disputes but Andy at disputes keeps putting the phone down after a 30 minute call queue it’s a debit card.

@AskNationwide trying to sign up to Bet365 and it says my debit card can’t be used to make deposits to online gaming companies. I asked them about it and they said it was a problem on Nationwide’s end, do you know why it says this?

@AskNationwide I had someone set up as a payee on my account, and they seem to have randomly disappeared from my account. I’m pretty sure I did not remove them, so i’m really confused about whats happened…any help?
