    @AskNationwide Well that’s disappointing as my other children are only a few years older and both have this account. So my same question but for this replacement account. I have the ability to come to store of use the banking app - how can I apply? (Not online via the website)

    @AskNationwide It’s a photo attachment. It says “Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found”. I’ve done this transfer before and the app verification usually works fine.

    @AskNationwide Yes but I usually go in store to open new products- I also have access to the banking app as it memorised my log in details ( I don’t remember my customer number)

    @AskNationwide can we have a chat? Whenever I go to my Telford branch I'm always steered towards the "self help machine" even when thier are cashiers free. It's getting quite aggressive now. Even when I say, "I like going to a cashier" (1) #accessibility

    @AskNationwide attended Hitchin brand high today at lunchtime with son to pay in birthday money cheques. Nobody in there cashier window open and yet insisted we use the machine! Why can’t your staff actually serve your customers?? Shocking lazy customer service

    @AskNationwide I have opened account with these shower they took my money then shut it down and refusing to assist vunrable adult to get there money back and refuse my legal right to information

    @AskNationwide Which part of your website or publicly-available document describes your account opening decisions are made separately on a case by case basis? I am asking because I do need (not want) a bank account. (I need an account because my college asks me to have one.)
