@AskNationwide Hello! I'm trying to make a CHAPS payment, but I am getting an error message saying "We're sorry. We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later." Your service status says there are no issues. Could someone look into this for me? Thanks!

@AskNationwide No doubt that will happen, someday. Shame the banks want customers to deal in the future of things yet the banks still operate in years gone by? Banks offer this & that, yet they only work that suits themselves and old ways of doing things, which of course frustrates the customer

@AskNationwide We last spoke to your team over an hour ago after a 30-minute hold (taking time on hold to hours over the last 48 hours). Two days taken off work. Freezing young family. The service is so bad it is genuinely insulting to my family.

What is the point of banks like @AskNationwide having twitter accounts? They can't help customers via direct message so why pay someone to man social media out-of-hours? And their chatline nonsense doesn't work on Safari unless you have a prevailing wind and a twitch. So tired.
