    @AskNationwide @nomoneyforbeer Yes you have received reports. I have the same problem and have reported it. Perhaps you should forward this thread to Joe Garner so he can speak to someone and maybe the members will get some action on an issue that has been going on for over a year 😡

    @AskNationwide Your mobile app keeps crashing. It has been doing so ever since I joined the bank. Never had problems with the Halifax app and I regret switching now. From an exasperated customer, FIX YOUR BLUDDY APP!!!! How difficult can it be???

    @AskNationwide Hi, I’ve tried to check some payments from 2018 but app tells me I can only o back 18 months. How do I access the pdfs mentioned in the banking app? Thanks

    Hey @AskNationwide I’ve just been forced to drive miles to the nearest branch to pay a cheque in, as you closed my local one, only to find it unexpectedly shut and the cash point not working!! The Post Office don’t take cheques either. How am I expected to access my account??

    @debrakidd Couldn’t agree more. My dad moved into a care home. Can’t change his address over the phone. No paper form. Can’t do it online because he’s never registered a mobile number to his account. He has to go to a branch: he’s bedbound but has capacity. Help @AskNationwide?

    @AskNationwide I have a better idea! Why don't you just ask your IT team to fix it! Maybe you could ask Halifax and HSBC for some tips on how to make a functioning mobile app.
