    @Foster0515 @santanderuk Workedf for them and was forced to bank with them. They're truly awful mate... 1st thing I did when I left was switch account. I've nothing but good experiences with @AskNationwide since.

    @AskNationwide Hi, we are struggling with our mortgage application, initially your system failed & we had to manually apply 3 days later. Our application is on your quantum lite system & we are getting nowhere fast. Now working day 8 and no case workers allocated. Please help?

    @AskNationwide I'm a long-term customer and big fan, but am bemused that you've changed rules so my wife and I can't both be named on our son's Future Saver account. It seems an odd decision that's made it harder for us to manage our and his finances. Why did you do this?
