@Nicolef1Penney @AskNationwide Yes I'm home now thankfully , but I have my Christmas food shop money due out at 10pm tonight and my money is in mid air somewhere, I have 2 disabled boys and that's them off now. I can't take them shopping and even then I can't access my shopping money. 😔😔😔

@AskNationwide @tolulope_608 U need to find some sort of time frame have u any idea what this is causing I need them funds by 4 clock or thats it xmas in this house is ruined...sort it and give us some half decent reply instead of the same nonsense that's no help to any one!!!!
