    @AskNationwide I’ve just tried the call centre to sort an issue. I was verified & then the bot said “Due to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right now” - I need to speak to someone but can't get through.

    @AskNationwide Wow… you’ve replied to an email I haven’t sent! As a customer service help desk - are you aware this is an issue which has been created by an update to the systems? And is NOT a customer issue?

    @AskNationwide I have switched my bank over to you fully and still have no option setting up biometrics to remove card reader. Be coming an issue as can’t send my teenager funds if needed. How long after switching will this take to be an option?

    @AskNationwide Just had the most frustrating experience with your chat system. Extremely slow. After 25 minutes explaining simple question you simply cut me off. All because you have a daft system requiring me to have a card reader to close my account with you
