    This very long delay on inbound payments to people's accounts is disgraceful.The fact you aren't giving a reason or an ET of when it'll be fixed is poor customer service. What will you be doing to compensate people for the stress you are causing? Surprised at you @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide What a surprise. Your chat function is switched off. Your message service is switched off. Customers cannot give you the feedback you request because you would find out how dissatisfied they are with your service.

    @AskNationwide does the current payment problem include wages not being paid when sent? Do you not think an email to all customers is worthwhile given it’s so close to Christmas and the bank holidays next week will affect outgoing payments?
