@AskNationwide I have logged in via the app, there is a message at the top “you are currently unable to make outgoing payments and incoming payments are also delayed”. Is this regarding the site and not an issue with my accounts?

@AskNationwide can you provide me with a complaints reference number please. I appreciate this issue is nothing to do with social media staff but the level of customer service regarding information is awful. Its 6pm and I'm still awaiting my wages to do my Christmas shopping 😠

@AskNationwide 2/3 ...journey to visit my 85-year old mother who came out of hospital today over the Christmas period. Had we been informed there were issues with incoming payments we would have been able to work around this. Please sort asap! 😠
