@AskNationwide One of my new year resolutions will be to wash my hands with Nationwide and bank elsewhere. Somewhere where you get RELIABLE service and a bank that will openly ACKNOWLEDGE when there’s an ISSUE, so their CUSTOMERS aren’t left in the dark..

@AskNationwide @ChicandSparkle1 Like others wages are always in by now, they aren't. I will have no food shopping delivered, no electric or gas on my meters, and a sick pet who won't get treatment if the vet isn't paid. Absolutely disgusting you're denying there's issues.

@Off123g @AskNationwide Defiantly a problem as both mine and my husbands wages not in and they both are always in by 0015 on the dot. Both our colleagues have been paid who bank elsewhere. @AskNationwide we need our wages as a matter of urgency I’ve got to get fuel to take my child to hospital at 0600!

@AskNationwide So I'm seeing tweets about no payments gone in. I've usually got mine by now but nothing... must be an issue because 1st of every month hasn't been a problem ! I've got direct debits due to be paid now but can't as no payment.
