@einefather @Daniel_R_P @AskNationwide I’m literally lost for words I’ve cried most of the day imagine not getting any access to your own wages. I’ve had to turn heating off and not have any lights on as I cannot top up and my daughter needs the emergency credit to charge her machines that basically keep her alive :(

@davieboy9050 @AskNationwide I’ve also heard that they’ve moved to Azure. If that’s the case, it’s outrageous, given Azure’s awful reputation. But surely no competent I.T. department would fail to continue running the old system side by side for a while after the changeover, to give time to iron out the bugs

@AskNationwide Well that's me going, just set up a couple of new accounts with different banks and when they're open I'm transferring my money out, how can it take so long to to resolve this issue, ridiculous
