    @AskNationwide Into a betting account. I’ve tried different bookmakers but I’m getting an error message each time. It’s a relatively new card so wondered if that was the issue.

    @AskNationwide My Netflix account was hacked a couple of years ago, no your fault! Netflix says that the payment which have been taken out for 2 years fraudulently is down to the bank not them. Not sure I ageee with that, but stuck!

    @AskNationwide Travelling to the nearest alternatives is not excessive, it’s unnecessarily inconvenient when I had a local branch on which I could rely to offer the kind of service I have enjoyed from @AskNationwide for 47 years. Sadly no more as our views on this have so obviously been ignored

    @AskNationwide Not a fan of online banking which I don’t use; I prefer the personal service the exemplary staff offered & had set up various payments which could be made at its ATM. Your unwelcome closure is universally disliked by all your Anstey village customers who you’ve clearly ignored

    @AskNationwide Furthermore I have been a @AskNationwide customer since 1974 & having a local branch was a major plus when I moved here 27 years ago. I may now rethink whether I want to move my various accounts to a nearer bank with a local branch. Loyalty seems to count for nothing.....👎🏼

    @AskNationwide I have been using my card with no problems until last week when it was declined.Speaking to somebody on that number yesterdayI was told for security reasons,which they couldn’t explain, my card has been blocked & a new one sent to my home address in Spain(they know I’m not there)

    @AskNationwide As you’re aware, you have replaced my card with a new card, which I don’t have access to. I am expecting a refund of a large amount of money, from Air India, which they will try to refund to my old card. So how will the money be credited to my account??
