I phone you and, after passing security and pressing lots of buttons got, "Our offices are now closed". No information of how to contact NW these days. It's rotten service now!

Martin Sykes (@musicmanleeds) reported@AskNationwide I did access it. ARTI didn't understand my question and 2 days after I left a message using 'Chat' I got a live message from someone saying they didn't have my original message! Lucky I copied and save it. I'll write using Royal Mail in future!

Wasted so much time on this: first through their inability to complete switch within seven days, meaning my Tesco Bank account can’t be moved (and therefore not qualify for £125 Switch bonus); now through hopeless telephone service. Angry.
