    @AskNationwide Oh when I deleted it and tried again, it accepted customer number. But can't get on on laptop or phone. I can on app tho but can't do what I want to do on app

    @AskNationwide is there a backlog dealing with secure messages at the moment? Usually the service is top notch and takes a matter of minutes for a response but it’s been hours so far? Trying to get something sorted today.

    @AskNationwide Nope. Still not working. I'm sure that's my pass number. And the code I'm writing it looks the same as text. I will try on fone but not app and try copying the pasting the text number

    On phone for an hour on Saturday afternoon dealing with @AskNationwide over a fraud problem entirely in their own minds. This is the only industry that inconveniences customers to this degree and acts like it is doing you a favour.
