@AskNationwide it's really hard to get help from you guys if your lines are constantly closed and my nearest branch closes at 2pm and isn't open at weekends- doesn't help those of us that work full time!

@AskAmexUK still haven't fixed the connection between your app and the @AskNationwide app. Every month, I approve the transaction and get transferred back to your app and nothing happens. 3 months now. Not making it easy to be a customer.
