Gogger (@Gogger16) reported@AskNationwide @twpburton Tom, I had the EXACT same issue - they didn't send me a card reader and couldn't make payments! I've made a complaint and waiting to hear back from them. I've received my £200 so this weekend I'm switching again to another bank. I'm not carrying about a card reader all the time!
