    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide Your credit card customer services team do not service the client but more are in favour of the merchant, yet I'm the one paying the bill. Their systems and procedures benefit the merchant. Without clients, they would not have a job!

    Shocking service and negligent security from @AskNationwide! 13 days and still no response! You would think they would take a customers security seriously. Obviously not. Awful!

    @AskNationwide So your lack of contacting the customer you now threaten to block us. Clearly cannot ring clients back that they resort to threats when lack of client care is beyond you.

    @AskNationwide Thank you. I’ve managed to use the webchat to resolve. I did call but option 1 was lost or stolen I thought, which wasn’t true for me. It’d be great to update your website guidance (“We’ll replace damaged cards free of charge... just give us a call.”) with your advice above
