@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide I think the staff at the Glasgow Shawlands branch may need some training. As if the service isn’t poor enough with the branch shut on Mondays and for lunch, the branch closes and doesn’t put a notice up to say for how long.

@AskNationwide my card won't let me withdraw cash from a cash machine?? Keep getting an error, advised to contact the bank. Can you help? I know there is planned maintenance but it says this won't impact withdrawals
