You can’t even make a complaint online they set up the website to stop the complaint you really want to make. Time again to look for another bank-but they all seem crap and full ofbs

Nick Perry (@realnickperry) reported@AskNationwide Is there a reason you don't support sending mortgage correspondence electronically? Apart from saving postage and paper, I'd find out things sooner and not have to spend ages scanning them in to keep them. Option to get electronic letters ASWELL would also help.

Si Lush (@simonlush) reported@AskNationwide as you are removing paym functionality next year will you be replacing it with a user friendly way to pay someone new? Maybe removing the card reader requirement for regular transfers like most other banks not working in 1995?
