@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide I’ve had to get my mam to transfer from her nationwide account and that worked straight away! Doesn’t help when I have bills to pay and things to do at half term to keep transferring to and from my parents just to get money into my account! Bad service need to bank elsewhere

@AskNationwide So have tried again today, apparently there is no one in Nationwide who can deal with an overall complaint or come up with a solution as to how we can access our overpayment. It is OUR money which we have overpaid, we need this money but Nationwide won’t let us have it back

@independencekat @AskNationwide I've seen on another thread here someone braved the hold times and they told him it "may" not be fixed until Monday. I would personally keep trying after 12. I used to work for HBOSand banks are usually onto these issues pretty quickly. Sorry it wasn't better news! 😑

@downey_suzannah @AskNationwide I’m having the same issue & I’m now completely stuck, again. The “up to 2 hours” response is quite frustrating when obviously there’s an issue. It’d be good to increase transparency to tell us why processing payments is not immediately as this seems to happening more frequently
