@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide I realise this, hence my question. Why can’t the reference numbers be changed in app? Other banks allow you to change them in their apps. Logging into banking website is a faff when all you need to change is the reference details.

@AskNationwide If you could that would help as with quite a few BTL mortgages it would really help with managing and tracking them, and being as you are the same company surely it would be feasible to add it to your current app
