@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide I've gone into town today and my card has been working perfectly fine in the shops. I went to every ATM in my local town to withdraw some cash every ATM was saying so we were unable to process your transaction. Is there a reason for this?1/2

@AskNationwide where’s my money! Transferred money from one account to Nationwide and once again there an issue. Absolutely disgusting. You have till 7am. If I miss my click and collect with Tesco cos of your negligence and ignorance it will be the tip of iceberg! Worst UK #bank

@AskNationwide I’ve already used that link. I can’t call because they ask for my customer number and passcode (which don’t match). I can’t log in to my online account to change it because I’m locked out of my pin using card reader and again, cust no and passcode doesn’t work.
