    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide Are there plans to get rid of the card reader? Particularly for paying people who I've previously paid. I already have it set up for biometric log in on the app - it's a bit 2010 to then have to use a card reader too. Please say that's being updated! Thanks.

    @AskNationwide No, I never prefer phones. I've been refreshing for ages. Wouldn't this all be so much simpler if I could do it for myself like I used to be able to do before some eejit decided to restrict access to the last 15 months only. I'd have finished that bit by now and you'd have peace

    @AskNationwide hi my new card has appeared on the app when I log in to my online banking and has been there for about 4 days but I haven’t received the card yet any idea how long after it appears in this that it takes to arrive to me?
