@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

My bank is offering £200 to people who switch their accounts over to them. I've been a customer for 10 years (2 savings accounts, current account & mortgage) and if they've got plenty of money sloshing about I think they should pay me £200 to stay. How about it @AskNationwide?

@TonyGilesSport @AskNationwide Exactly mate. Santander 4.2% 2 year ISA. These offer nothing. Complete waste of time banking with these now. They're so far behind its untrue. Easy access account with Santander paid 2.75% before it became oversubscribed, best these can do is a ltd access at 2.1%. Best moving!

@kennyhiggs @AskNationwide There's very little reward, if any, for being a loyal customer these days.

@kennyhiggs @AskNationwide I've been with Natiowide for about 40 years. I too would like a little bonus for being such a devoted customer.

@rach_driver @AskNationwide Sorry to hear this. The people working in banks etc have no clue how their system really works. Linked in with the birth certificate fraud it really is an evil set up. Interest on your own money, yikes.

@AskNationwide Hi, I called the HR number and the automated voice said the phones aren’t working and to email, and I couldn’t make sense of the email address. Could you send it to me please?

@AskNationwide is there an issue with your app keeps saying service issues but the service checker says no issues ?

@AskNationwide In other words... Too ******* bad? I NEED to access MY money but because I don't have your stupid card reader, I'm screwed? Well that's great customer service. I will be switching away, ASAP and making sure no one switches. No wonder you give £200. I'd pay 200 to AVOID nationwide

@AskNationwide From NW. "Nationwide Building Society advised us that you have a debit card with them but you did not tell us . Therefore, we would advise that you contact them directly to resolve this issue."

@AskNationwide Pick one up in branch... Which are all closed now. Just like the phone lines. 🤡 I can't transfer to an account via debt card. Ergo, I cannot access my money at this time in the way I need. Never had this with any other bank. You need other options, especially for emergencies
