    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    Has anyone else got issues with @AskNationwide not accepting Touch ID to get into banking apps? Accepting Face ID for my own account but not my grandmothers.

    @AskNationwide can you please provide updates on your current issues with payments please. I'm currently on the phone to your call centre and the person I'm speaking to has no idea there's a problem. Is this fault affecting debit card use and/or cash withdrawals too?

    @AskNationwide JUST TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE.. BE CAREFUL NATIONWIDE WILL RANDOMLY SEND YOU A NEW CARD AS 'ADDED SECURITY' BUT WILL ALSO CANCEL YOUR OTHER CARD THAT HAS NO ISSUES BEFORE THE NEW CARD ARRIVES TO YOU, LEAVING YOU FOR DAYS WITHOUT ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY.

    @AskNationwide Hi Craig, that’s what I thought however, when trying to transfer I get an error message stating ‘that account does not exist’ and I therefore cannot make the transfer.

    @AskNationwide When trying to top up my monzo from within that app, it throws an error with no message and then forces me into the browser, which doesn't work

    @VeryHelpers any reason a customer cannot set up a direct debit using @AskNationwide? I know that the details are correct for the direct debit. Do you make it especially difficult for your customers to manage their account?
