    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

    @AskNationwide Your phone service is utterly pathetic. How dare you pass a loyal customer around and then hang up on them. Especially when I am agreeing to a second mortgage with yourself. Just awful!!!

    @AskNationwide your new chat service is useless. I have been waiting in a queue for over 10 minutes now, time I dint have to spare. Why have you removed the option of sending a message?

    @AskNationwide I tried to explain but the guy shouted over me calling me a liar, again on a loop. The lady asked him a number of times to calm down but he just shouted over her too. There were four staff members and me as the only customer. I left shaking

    @AskNationwide I'm sorry but I believe you did. Your letter says you are open till 6pm Monday to friday. We call back after we was hanged up on and your phone line says you are shut. The call was hung up at 5.00 on the dot so basically you colleagues did just hang up on a customer.

    @AskNationwide Well they won't - been told it will take 5 working days. That's a week. I want to speak to someone in charge.

    @AskNationwide I had time to send a message, I don't have time to wait in a queue for a chat or to wait on the phone either from recent experience. I don't usually get annoyed by such things but I am very upset by this as its the banks fault I have an issue

    @AskNationwide Thanks Nicole. I can’t remember if I did or not. If I use the old one and it’s incorrect, would I get my card back from a cash machine? I reported it missing very early on Wednesday, does that mean Wednesday is one of the 5 working days it takes to process the new card?

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money
