@AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)

@AskNationwide It is, because I can’t afford the deposit. However, I am paying over 800 quid a month in rent, and have been for a good few years, which surely demonstrates I can afford the repayments? Perhaps reevaluate your mortgage eligibility criteria to help the many people like ourselves?

@asknationwide Please tell us when goods we received from a vendor don't deliver the service they say it would, how does that qualify as a merchant has fulfilled their obligations. Pais via visa, this was mis-sold to us

@ashlilou88 @AskNationwide Same here nightmare and now they don't respond either , customer service at its best and that's not likely why they said no issues has they don't have a clue what there doing.
