@AskNationwide UK launders apprx £100,000,000,000 every year. The figure you cite is 0.015% of the total (less than margin of error). What in the world is "scams involving bitcoin"? Like when someone steals your bitcoin?

@AskNationwide the gentleman in the shop even showed me his banking app.and all 3 times we tried and got declined in the shop were on his app and all said declined so who's mistake is it please? do I have to try on 10 different phones to prove your pending is down?

  • nik_tchouparov Nikola Tchouparov 🇸🇻 (@nik_tchouparov) reported

@AskNationwide Is that legal? Does not it breach the rules of the payment schemes? What seems to be the underlying problem. Thanks. (btw, I don't feel any safer)

  • dandehussey Ellie Hussey (@dandehussey) reported

@AskNationwide Thank you for your very prompt reply. I have ordered a replacement card reader. My husband is going to try and replace the batteries if he can find a very tiny screwdriver to remove the screws. If no success I have given him website info to order a new one.

@AskNationwide @bullet_bar Awful decision and this is nothing more than an excuse because you’re scared crypto makes you irrelevant

  • SimpleSimonEmma Emma Simon (@SimpleSimonEmma) reported

@katebevan @AskNationwide I was considering an experiment, where I ring HSBC, am placed on hold, then get into my car, drive to nearest branch - next borough along - park, pay, walk to branch, queue and see whether the problem is sorted before I finally get speak to someone on the phone.

  • HannahRoseBee Hannah Rose (@HannahRoseBee) reported

Can’t cope with the fact @AskNationwide still make you use a card reader to set up a new payment. It’s a pain in the *** when they take 5 working days to send a new one 🥹

  • 777ds6jz5v Dan Wilson (@777ds6jz5v) reported

Now stuck in a house with NO WATER SUPPLY and earliest the fault can be ‘investigated’ is 13th Feb. No heating, no water…why bother with insurance? @AskNationwide your service is disgusting

  • enragedbadgerz Jonathan Waterhouse (@enragedbadgerz) reported

@AskNationwide and also lies to you about the service being broken or not. thanks. KAMARA
