  @AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.

  @MartinSLewis @Zopa @AskNationwide Hi Martin, help required CAB no one available to help, complaints in with both Zopa and nationwide but they are both passing the buck. Zopa sent Nationwide money via Zap, the money was to an old nationwide account which is closed. I was told the

  @AskNationwide very disappointed to find out this year I will not be receiving the fare share payment even though I have numerous accounts with you and been a loyal customer for many years. I now feel loyalty means nothing and will have to revaluate my position with you.

  @AskNationwide I lost a better interest rate because your processes are antiquated, if not down right illegal! 2 months to sort out a very small mortgage and it's caused so much stress. Complaints couldn't even tell me when a decision was made & the letter I never received @Debbiecrosbie1

  @AskNationwide can we talk about logging in online for mortgage details, login only allows 10 digits, my Acc No has 11. Thanks, Kieran
