You gotta love @AskNationwide Banked with them for 30+ years, turned me down for a 98% deposit mortgage because I'm disabled, froze my bank card three times while I'm trying to buy things for my house and then take 20mins to answer a phone each time you try and sort it out

@AskNationwide sent chaps payment before 3pm cut off time yesterday. Money is still sitting in my bank! Really dont want to use the chaps service anymore can I cancel it? Also speaking to someone on the phone seems impossible when I complete on my house I am switching from you!
