    @AskNationwide trainline basket timed out but kept tickets. When i tried again I bought double without realising. Tickets are non-refundable. Can nationwide help with this? cost over £200.

    @AskNationwide hi I opened a new flexdirect account in the last week using switch service which has now closed my old account. I tried to pay a bill online but it is asking for a card reader, I need to send some money. How do I do it without?
