Hi @AskNationwide . You are officially the most useless bank I've ever had to deal with. I'm trying to pay @HMRCcustomers and your utterly useless antiquated systems are giving me a 500 error. If I miss this deadline, I will take you to court. I WILL take you to court. I WILL.

@AskNationwide Are you experiencing issues today? Our joint account and my partners current account have had all our debit card payments decline all day and when I log in on the app I can't see the current account, it only shows our mortgage.

What is the point of banks like @AskNationwide having twitter accounts? They can't help customers via direct message so why pay someone to man social media out-of-hours? And their chatline nonsense doesn't work on Safari unless you have a prevailing wind and a twitch. So tired.

@AskNationwide I've just tried that and it's still the same. Spinning circle and 'talking to Nationwide' but does not progress from there. Just the same as last time I deleted and reinstalled the app 2 days ago. I've used this app for years and never had any problems until now
