Kathryn Wood (@Kat77128) reported@AskNationwide I’ve always had them before. It lets you select my number or my husbands. But when I select it says it has sent it but hasn’t. The fact is it did send to my husband but you said we never asked for one in the first place so definitely your error.

Steve Parkinson (@steveparky69) reported@lushvikki @AskNationwide It's clear on every bank switching incentive you have to do a full switch and let the new bank close your account. I've switched banks 6 times to get an incentive and had no problems. My last switch was to Nationwide and everything went OK. Full switch = £200
