The teams at @AskNationwide need additional training in their own systems. After reporting the death of my grandmother and going into a branch to provide the ID I was, after a 20 minute wait, directed to sit down on a sofa and promptly ignored for over 45 minutes.

@AskNationwide just tried to make a transfer between my savings and current account. But says it's not able to complete this transaction & try later. Is the app down? Or is there an issue with it?
