@AskNationwide Would a delay in pending payments appearing also include an error of taking money out that isnt there, such as a direct debit? As normally, if there is not enough for it, you dont take it, or return it, or I get a text, and is shown on statement.

@AskNationwide I call most days and I am always told different things. There is an error been made and Nationwide don't appear to care about customer satisfaction or correcting it swiftly. I just keep getting palmed off with false promises. It's appalling.

@AskNationwide I have submitted a further complaint via the link you have sent. Following the disaster that occurred yesterday, I would have presumed to have had a response. I have never had such poor service from a mortgage company in my life!

@AskNationwide yesterday afternoon, when I know I had at least £60 remaining of my overdraft, I was declined payment, checked my balance and its showing £80 over my overdraft, I am missing approx £160, not in pending either, are there known issues? I've seen similar on Twitter.

@AskNationwide my dad (pensioner) gets paid today… he has been to 2 different machines 3x to withdraw his money to be told they cannot access his bank! I have covid and need to isolate and have no way of helping him! When is this going to be sorted?!
