    @AskNationwide Why is your online banking so awful? I’ve been trying to amend a direct debit for days and it fails every time. I try to delete it and it fails. The absolute basics of managing my money are impossible. Sort it out please.

    @AskNationwide @Mollylou1988 Similar problem. Money transfer to another bank says it’s worked but over 90 minutes later hasn’t arrived. Something definitely wrong.

    @AskNationwide My debit card was cancelled (not by me) and ordered a new one this Monday My card still hasn’t arrived and now my apple pay isn’t working!! Where’s my debit card ?

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    @AskNationwide your anti-fraud system has blocked a payment of mine, leading to me paying an extra £90 for festival tickets. Customer service offered me £25 and told me to use another bank next time. Are you able to assist me with getting the other £65 back please?
