Like we need any reasons or excuses these days to want to leave broken Britain, but @HMRCcustomers are legitimately a disgrace. Tax system broken and support lying @AskNationwide caused an almighty mess on my leaving. I don’t normally have regrets but my god I do here.

@AskNationwide 6 working days from when? My switch completed yesterday and my old bank account is now closed so I assumed I should be able to use my new account from today? I signed up to do the switch on the 10th Nov though.

@AskNationwide Loved being on hold for 20 mins followed by an ott security! For no access to my card when I was told it was blocked! Funny that as I have a screen shot saying otherwise

@AskNationwide why are you SO hard to get a hold of!? I’ve emailed you several times now about a new account I’ve set up, but can’t access. You’ve sent me two letters and both times my PIN has been unidentifiable!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME ASAP
