@AskNationwide Maybe re-educate you team then because the lady was adamant there is no complaints team number! Feedback is a gift…they’d if you would like to improve your customer service :-/
@AskNationwide giving me £75 compensation for failure to answer my repeat attempts to call you to change my mortgage before rate increase (cannot do online) is insulting. Your failure to provide service will cost me thousands of pounds.
