Spent 45 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone about another issue recently. Last enquiry in branch resulted in direction to phone / internet / app banking. Fine if works.

Nice that you think you can change my personal settings. Can't wait to move to a company that care about customers!

Jack (@Jack_Fe11) reported@AskNationwide The internet bank is not working (tech diffs) probs everyone logging in to try to re-enable texts. I was able to use the app to re-enable mini statements, high balance alerts and even more annoyingly - low balance alerts! You even didn't tell me it was disabled??
