@AskNationwide Hi Lauren. New customer alert. Don’t quite have everything yet but there is no mention of a passnumber on any docs so assume this is created using a card reader?

@AskNationwide Done all this to no avail. Pointless. Really sorry but will be changing banks after 20+ years. Too many problems lately and this is the final straw.

@AskNationwide Hi I have a fixed term mortgage coming to an end soon. How soon can I look to get a new deal with you without paying an early repayment charge? Or do I need to wait until the end of the fix?

@AskNationwide I support what you are doing re. Mx, but can I ask why you require a title at all? My business of 20 years has never asked for title as we don’t need it. What is the business reason for requiring a title? Wouldn’t it be more inclusive to not need to give one?

@AskNationwide So have tried again today, apparently there is no one in Nationwide who can deal with an overall complaint or come up with a solution as to how we can access our overpayment. It is OUR money which we have overpaid, we need this money but Nationwide won’t let us have it back

Annie Thomson
(@Sadie2202) reported
@AskNationwide There was on our previous product, when we switched in February it was explained clearly that once the switch was made we wouldn’t be able to access the money. Been through complaints procedure, went against us. We just want a solution

@AskNationwide hi, I have a new mortgage with you. My repayments are set for the 28th of each month. If this is a weekend or BH, does it come out on the last working day before or next working day after the 28th?
