    @AskNationwide I requested a passcode online because I don't have a phone number attached to my account and was this was the way to do it. The passcode arrived in the post so that's fine. When I try and log in it only lets me log into the app or to receive a passcode through text

    @AskNationwide Your link doesn't work on library's computer (Chrome, incognito mode.) If the only options are website (old home computer) or phone (hearing problems), I'm doomed. Does your e-mail address still work? You don't seem to put it on your communications any more.
