    @AskNationwide I have been trying to put money into my flex instant saver account. however, every time i try and put an amount in it says “your money has not been transferred. the maximum you can pay into your savings account at present is £0.00”. how do i fix this? thank you.

    @AskNationwide It was not mentioned anywhere. It is easy to refund £15 for such a big company like yours. Or would you rather lose a customer? If I won’t get a refund by Friday this week, I’ll make a switch. This situation is not okay, it’s just a rip off.

    Having a really sh*t weekend with #dcfc losing to F*rest my phone knackered & all my banks/credit card companies being useless apart from @AskNationwide But not as bad as my partner who fell, concussed & first aiders told by ambulance service they'd have to take him to hospital
