I had to suspend due to health issues, so will be resuming my final year next academic year. Will I be able to extend my FlexStudent account by a year? Do I need to still make the termly payments?

When I opened it, a debit card was sent to the person, but as they have dementia, they’ve lost it and torn up the PIN letter. If I order a replacement, the same thing will happen.
