@AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

@AskNationwide. Why, when you cannot help, do I have to go through ten minutes juggling numbers and choices etc, before you tell me you are effectively closed?

@AskNationwide tried a transfer from my cash builder account to my current account, at the last stage it came up with an error and to try again later, however the funds have left the cash builder account, but have not arrived at the current account.

@AskNationwide Phil- You’re a waste of time. It’s the same every time you call up. You’re chat bot is just as bad. The worse bank for customer service.

Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide Victoria London branch. A big thank you to Graeme who was enormously patient & helpful sorting out my locked card and re registered account today. Good face to face service. Nationwide - sort out Arti. It was utterly useless when I urgently needed help abroad.
