@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

@AskNationwide just spent all afternoon on phone trying to find out about my ISA maturing and eventually put on hold by Libby for over 15 mins!! Now cut off! Very poor service

@ryandunne1999 @AskNationwide I've not had a chance to phone customer service but everything other than that web link and Charlotte suggests that they're is no transaction notification functionality.
