    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

    @AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

    @AskNationwide when are you increasing rates for your ISA accounts such as the Triple access ISA? 2.5% is ripping customers off if the base rate is 4%.

    Today @Vimeo have stolen £82.80 from my @AskNationwide bank account in collusion with @Visa. If I didn’t update my payment details, it’s because I didn’t want your service anymore. Taking money from low income musicians in a pandemic is not a good look Vimeo, Visa. Give it back

    @AskNationwide @kman2012bu Totally agree with this. Dreadfully slow. Been waiting for a month for a transaction to happen and yet told to wait another 2 to 3 weeks.

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your prompt reply, but I have to say that is very disappointing to hear you are not even considering providing this. Especially during a pandemic, it seems a bizarre lack of foresight and appreciation of customer service.

    @AskNationwide when I try and use the 'save it' button on the app its just booting me out of the app and not saving the spare change. Can someone tell me how to a) fix it Or b) turn the save it function off. Thanks in advance

    @AskNationwide The other thing that _I_ have long requested, is the ability to send secure messages via the app. Currently, these can only be created and read via the website which is such a faff to log into for this purpose. Similary with the Feedback Form.
