    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

    @AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

    House buying help required! Mortgage lender have down valued the house we trying to buy by £35k. Trying to get hold of the valuation and reasons why in order to renegotiate with seller but @AskNationwide will not provide the valuation to anyone. Is this common to not provide?

    @AskNationwide ,son told to take his phone to Apple by a member of flex plus Ins team -his phone is not working correctly. price to repair/replace £519.00, he called Flexplus to be told No! you now have to send it to us. Why make him go to Apple only to be told this! #flexplus
