    Just witnessed the customer be incredibly rude and demanding to a female member of staff @AskNationwide the staff member and her colleagues dealt with the situation with patience dignity and respect.

    @AskNationwide seems internet banking is down. Have tried on multiple devices and browsers and keeps giving "experiencing technical difficulties" alert each time? App seems fine but not on computer. Are there any issues?

    Had to cancel my bank card β€” some cheeky f**ker in Kent has paid for a taxi with my details!! 🀬 Thank you @AskNationwide for your swift assistance, reimbursement and issue of a new card. ApplePay will have to do for now!

    @AskNationwide No, it was a bank transfer. They have my correct details and have been paying me for several years - never had an issue before. I'll check with them in the morning and will call Customer services if needed. Thanks for your replies though.
