    @AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

    @EmmaJames_UK @AskNationwide Appalling levels of service. My mums home insurance is up for renewal in one week and I've told her I'll find a new company. They've left my folks stranded despite their emergency support. Absolutely appalling

    @AskNationwide My bank said that the payment got through and where is nothing they can do. The support team in your bank stated that this account to which the money where sent does not exist. I am at loss here really as I don’t know where to go.

    @AskNationwide Any reason why I can't login to internet banking? Works fine on the app but I need to export statements and the website says I don't exist.

    (Cont’d) so I shouldn’t have any problems. The lady I spoke to at @AskNationwide was brilliant & I feel confident that my money (not that I have much) is safe. @PostOffice don’t text you for unpaid fees, they put a card through the door. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

    @AskNationwide It’s not my account - it’s a friend who is mobility impaired. You can do it with coop (where I bank), and they have no probs with security. It’s just a really poor service I’m afraid unless you’re able to internet bank and/or get to a branch it’s not good

    @AskNationwide Hi, Why is your online personal loan application not working? I tried on the phone and desktop. Once I get to the "tell us about you" section, I can't select the answers I need and proceed with the application. Please help!
