@AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

Also I was told the original insurance plan I signed up to was way beyond my mortgage term and was nonsensical- I am a reasonable logical person - so what on earth happened - feel very let down @AskNationwide @landg_uk

@AskNationwide I was told to to this last night and after logging in, I am just given an error page, but nationwide will let me open a new flexdirect but dont seem to want me to upgrade to one

Just been in touch with @AskNationwide over an issue with my account. Totally my fault but they were polite and helpful and sorted the issue for me. Contrast that with @VirginMoney who were unhelpful, inflexible and rude. Could do with following Nationwide's lead on politeness 🙄
