    @AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

    @EmmaJames_UK @AskNationwide Appalling levels of service. My mums home insurance is up for renewal in one week and I've told her I'll find a new company. They've left my folks stranded despite their emergency support. Absolutely appalling

    @Sue43047349 @AskNationwide The underwriters won’t help you - they’re doing everything they can to actively stop lending as I think Nationwide have extended themselves too far in the current housing market boom. Full of excuses and nothing useful.

    @AskNationwide Nothing - apparently no-one in the whole of Nationwide could help me when I spent over an hour on the phone to you yesterday, hence my FCA complaint.

    @AskNationwide She called but your support team told her that they will no be disclosing anything. Each of us tried to resolve it over the phone with you at least a couple of times.

    @AskNationwide My bank said that the payment got through and where is nothing they can do. The support team in your bank stated that this account to which the money where sent does not exist. I am at loss here really as I don’t know where to go.
