@AskNationwide Think you were a bit late In communicating this out - I genuinely thought my employer hadn't paid me, luckily I don't live on the breadline and I have savings but for some people this could really cause problems.

@AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

@AskNationwide I payed my credit card on Friday it’s been pending all weekend and today just had a look, pending has gone but the money i paid on my credit card has not been taken off, what the hell is going on, I better not have a late fee over your it error

@AskNationwide Your service to your customers is at best atrocious and at worst non-existent! This is why I switched my accounts away from you and I would recommend everyone does the same. The money that your horrendous organisation cost me is unreal and you're still doing it to others now!

@AskNationwide @EmilyJParsonage Bear in mind yeah, people work hard to get their payment and u guys thinks it’s okay to delay it. And ur saying for nationwide we support 15millions people no no u don’t, I can’t ask family members for help as Iv been in care since I will little so I’m on my own with disability!

@AskNationwide 1/2 Everyone who has had late bills/rent/mortgage/utilities payments I suggest that you give your providers nationwides number and ask them to call nationwide and get nationwide to explain the issue and deal with any late fees/arrears etc. They'd sort it a hell of a lot quicker
