    @AskNationwide Sorry but I don't find the word "should" terribly reassuring. Other banks don't seem to be having similar problems. Why do you advertise faster payments when they aren't.....

    @AskNationwide I've done this twice and got a stock response. Other tweets seem to show a wider issue with your payments. When will this be rectified?

    @AskNationwide I have been on every online portal and phoned every number available but to no avail. It appears nationwide is staffed by people with no authority to help customers! Abysmal service

    @AskNationwide hi i am trying to get on my nationwide on line banking on my phone and it keeps throwing up wrong numbers i put the right numbers in that it shows on the card reader and i cant get on to my account what is up is nationwide down again
