@AskNationwide Nationwide should still let people open accounts and take insurances out in the building,there's a lot of people like my aunt and mum who don't trust the Internet. I've offered to help them but they'd rather speak face to face and get help from the workers

@AskNationwide It’s a shame you didn’t think to ‘be kind’ when I rang to tell you my marriage had broke down. The staff’s words to me where ‘well if you can’t pay your mortgage we’ll repossess your house’. No offer to help. In the end a rival offered me a mortgage and you cost me £2000 to leave
