Need to find a new bank. @AskNationwide are terrible. Massive queues in branch and nobody to answer the phone. Poor customer service drives away business but they just don't care.

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple
@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.
Spent an hour on hold and caught in customer service loops with @santanderuk today because of their dumb mobile security rules. I found @AskNationwide current account switching service a more efficient way to solve my problem.
@AskNationwide This is happening way to often since December, other banks are not having this problem over and over again. Once more and I’ll be moving.
